Dr. Stacie Barber is the founder and owner of The Physio Fix, a physical therapy and sports performance facility in Phoenix, AZ. Jordan joined The Physio Fix in January of 2025 after completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ in 2024. She brings a background in fitness that shaped her desires around taking care of people and their physical health and has a special interest in treating women with pelvic health problems. Spending 8+ years as a personal trainer, Jordan enjoys being able to utilize her fitness expertise to better help her clients. Mollie Callanan is a native of a small town south of Buffalo, New York. She grew up alpine ski racing and continued into college. In 1988, she received her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences from Buffalo State College. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1995.

She relocated to Phoenix in 1996 and has been providing Physical Therapy services for 28 years. Her experience is in a variety of rehabilitation settings, primarily focusing on Orthopedic Sports Medicine, post-surgical spine neck and back, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, as well as sports injuries. Dr. Kyle earned his Bachelor’s in exercise physiology in 2009 from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI) and his Doctorate in physical therapy in 2012 from A.T. Still University (Mesa, AZ).  In September 2013 Dr. Kyle completed A.T. Still University’s rigorous physical therapy orthopedic residency program, granting him the opportunity to train with clinical experts in orthopedic conditions on a weekly basis.  As a clinical specialist in orthopedics, Dr. Kyle identifies and addresses his patient’s problems in order to successfully restore them to function.  Additionally, Dr. Kyle’s participation in collegiate sports (soccer and track) and passion for return-to-sport rehabilitation enhance his ability to better serve injured athletes.

Describe the essence of what you do in your role at One Accord PT?

The essence of my role at One Accord PT is in facilitating learning and growth in both patients and staff members.  As a therapist I feel it is important to hear my patient’s story/experience, ask follow-up questions for clarity, perform a thorough physical examination and finally provide solutions that result in a successful outcome for the patient (resolution of pain, improved range of motion, improved strength, increased knowledge of their condition and access to supporting materials/tools).  As a clinical mentor in A.T.STILL University’s orthopedic residency program, I spend 4 days a week working with our clinical experts on honing their critical thinking and decision-making skills so that our patient’s at OAPT receive the best possible care and service.

What are some of your personal interests, outside of work?

I love spending time with my wife and dog outdoors hiking, biking and especially rock climbing.  I have been an athlete all my life and I love to be on the soccer field.  If I have to be inside I like cooking, eating ice cream, and reading.

What are some things you believe in?  What is your favorite quote or words of wisdom?

I believe that the search for Truth is of the utmost importance.  My search has led me to conclude that the most plausible explanation of Truth is found in the God of the Bible.  I believe in making my faith and family a priority over all other things.  I believe in serving and empowering my patients on their road to recovery. 

I believe the human body is capable of SO MUCH MORE than we give it credit for:  I believe that I can help people MASTER PAIN AND RETURN TO NORMAL LIFE!

What do you like most about working for One Accord PT?

I enjoy the people I work with most because of their commitment to excellence.  The therapists I interact with every day are constantly striving to push both my expertise and their own to the next level.  The therapy technicians and front desk personnel consistently go above and beyond for every patient.  Working with a team focused on best possible patient care gives me both confidence and pride in OneAccord PT.

What do you like most about caring for patients?

I enjoy providing empowerment to my patients. I have the opportunity to facilitate positive change through hands-on therapy and by supplying the necessary tools for patients to take their condition into their own hands.  Watching patients take control of their conditions and succeed is exciting and fulfilling. 

Why did you choose to become a physical therapist?

I enjoy learning about the complexity of the human body and the processes by which it recovers from pathology/disease.  Physical therapy has allowed me to study material that I find fascinating and apply it to a patient population that I relate to very much. 

What do you think patients like MOST about you?

Patients appreciate my straightforward nature.  I do not hesitate to address patient concerns or voice my own concerns to patients.  I love answering questions and creating a plan that assures my patients that their goals will be reached.  I understand that patients want to know where they are and where they are going.
