Kaity graduated from SUNY Geneseo where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Science followed by Emory & Henry College where she received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Julia Shinkle, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG is an orthopedic physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Julia graduated from the University of Dallas in 2018 with a BS in Biology. At UD, she played on the women's lacrosse team and worked with the Special Olympics. A NJ native, Julia returned to the East Coast after college to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University, graduating in 2021. As a PT student, Julia served as an executive board member for the North Broad Physical Therapy Center, a student-run pro bono physical therapy clinic in North Philadelphia.
Julia has experience working with patients of all ages across a variety of settings. She is particularly interested in biomechanics and movement analysis, especially with runners and endurance athletes. As a runner herself, Julia is passionate about breaking the cycle of chronic injury and frustration that many athletes face. She is also certified in LSVT BIG, which is a movement-based treatment approach for Parkinson's Disease and other neurologic movement disorders. Julia finds that being able to use movement to improve patients' quality of life is incredibly rewarding!

Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level.
