Kaity Jackson, PT, DPT, SCS, is an orthopedic and sports physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She is a board-certified sports clinical specialist.
Kaity graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Studies, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women's Rowing Team. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. During her time in Pittsburgh, Kaity was also an assistant coach for Pitt's Rowing Club.
Since moving to New Jersey, Kaity has worked with several local youth and collegiate programs as their PT and strength and conditioning coach. She is currently a PT for the US Rowing Team.
Kaity is a manual therapist, utilizing soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, strength, and function. She is an endurance athlete herself, so she understands how to maintain health and wellness while maximizing performance.

Kaitlyn (Kaity) Kind Raju, PT, DPT is a pelvic health physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Kaity is a native of Long Island, moved to the south for 5 years then relocated to the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband.
Kaity graduated from SUNY Geneseo where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Science followed by Emory & Henry College where she received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Since becoming a physical therapist Kaity has trained with Herman & Wallace gaining experience treating pelvic floor conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, dyspareunia, chronic pelvic pain, diastasis recti, pudendal neuralgia, coccygodnia and prolapse. Her interests include sports, orthopedics, pelvic health and manual therapy. At Princeton Sports and Family Medicine Kaity’s treatment plan focuses on restoring strength and control of the pelvic floor, with return to functional activities.
When she is not practicing, Kaity enjoys spending time with her husband and family, baking, working out, singing, painting, reading, and traveling.
Julia Shinkle, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG is an orthopedic physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Julia graduated from the University of Dallas in 2018 with a BS in Biology. At UD, she played on the women's lacrosse team and worked with the Special Olympics. A NJ native, Julia returned to the East Coast after college to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University, graduating in 2021. As a PT student, Julia served as an executive board member for the North Broad Physical Therapy Center, a student-run pro bono physical therapy clinic in North Philadelphia.
Julia has experience working with patients of all ages across a variety of settings. She is particularly interested in biomechanics and movement analysis, especially with runners and endurance athletes. As a runner herself, Julia is passionate about breaking the cycle of chronic injury and frustration that many athletes face. She is also certified in LSVT BIG, which is a movement-based treatment approach for Parkinson's Disease and other neurologic movement disorders. Julia finds that being able to use movement to improve patients' quality of life is incredibly rewarding!
When not working, Julia enjoys spending time with family and friends, running marathons, traveling, and writing.
Erik DeOcera PT, DPT is an orthopedic physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Erik graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in the 3+3 accelerated BS-DPT program. Throughout university he was very active in the SJU student physical therapy club and was a student ambassador for the physical therapy department. He has a high interest in orthopedic manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and treatment of sports related injuries acute/chronic with plans to pursue more education in these areas.
Alongside experience in outpatient orthopedics he also has been in the ICU and Inpatient rehab settings working with prosthetic rehab and patients with neurologic injury.
When he is not practicing he enjoys landscape and portrait photography, running, working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.
He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.
