Chantal has been practicing as a physical therapist since spring 2019 after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Chantal also has completed a degree in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Georgia and has worked in outpatient physical therapy practices since 2012. Chantal has a passion for working with patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic and/or unresolved pain with utilizing treatment techniques including neurodynamics and trigger point dry needling. When she is not treating patients, you can find me competitively running ultramarathons, gravel cycling, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing.
Grace graduated with her DPT from Regis University and has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the past two years. She was initially drawn to outpatient orthopedics because she enjoyed treating conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, and chronic pain. There she became certified in dry needling, where she was able to help individuals control their pain to maximize function.
While working in outpatient orthopedics, she gained mentorship in pelvic floor physical therapy where she learned how to treat individuals with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She developed a passion for implementing pain neuroscience education into treatment to help her patients understand their pain and conquer their functional goals. Grace strives to combine patient’s personal experiences, best available evidence, and clinical expertise to help her patients. She is excited to continue her clinical growth at N2.
Ashlyn is the lead Physical Therapist at the DTC location. She is an Oklahoma native who loves running, skiing, traveling and spending time with her dog Poppy. Poppy is 7 month old golden doodle that is in the office a few days a week. Ashlyn has been treating for almost 4 years and has been at N2 for 3. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her Bachelors of Health and Exercise Science in 2018 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. She is also dry needling certified, she first learned to needle in PT school, since she has also taken level 1 and level 2 certification courses. Ashlyn is dedicated to her patients and wants to make sure every patient gets back to living life to the fullest without pelvic dysfunction.
“I have had the pleasure of working with Ashlyn for 2 different, unrelated issues and the result was positive both times. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have enjoyed working with her each time. She builds confidence in your ability and gives comfort when you might be struggling.
I highly recommend the staff at N2 PT. Maddy is a scheduling goddess especially when trying to find any available appointments to meet your needs. Lauren is so professional and on top of things. I love them!”

Jessica grew up in Virginia and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy back in her home state at Mary Baldwin University. Upon graduation Jessica moved to Georgia where she began her career as a pelvic health physical therapist as well as specializing in lymphedema. She is very excited to continue her career here in the great state of Colorado.
Jessica knew she wanted to specialize in pelvic health prior to applying for PT school. She saw the impact pelvic therapy had on patients’ quality of life during her time in undergrad and was instantly hooked. She has a passion for educating patients to take charge of their pelvic health so they can get back to enjoying their lives to the fullest.
Outside of the office, you will find Jessica skiing, hiking, and/or sipping on some coffee.
“Jessica has been amazing to work with. Everything I have learned has been tailored to me, my lifestyle, and my capabilities. I look forward to every appointment!”
My name is Dr. Monica Vandervoort PT, DPT. I’m a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health for all people—specifically pelvic floor and lumbopelvic girdle dysfunction—and I also love treating orthopedic conditions. I founded Summus Rehabilitation so that I could prioritize the patient relationship and provide contextualized instruction on their unique journey to healing and wellness.
