Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Adam’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is the excitement of meeting new people and establishing a relationship of trust, lighthearted humor, and most importantly providing the right level of challenge to help his patients achieve their therapy goals.

Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. He has now been working for Reddy Care Physical Therapy for the past 8 years and has strived to advance his clinical and managerial skills. As the director of the Farmingdale office, he supports a team of 5 people. He provides guidance and monitors the performance of the physical therapists and the front desk staff as well as makes day-to-day decisions for the Farmingdale office in order to better serve the needs of our patients.
Dr. Stanline Anto, PT, DPT received his Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from India and his Doctorate from Utica college in NY. Stan has eight years of experience, spending his last three years with Reddy Care. I began in Reddy Care’s home therapy program, where I was for two years, and now I am working in the clinic. I support all of the therapists at the Great Neck location, along with the techs and the front desk. I ensure that patient care is optimal and that every patient has a pleasant experience and that they reach their treatment goals.
Dr. Darnell Peters, PT, DPT graduated from Andrew’s University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. He has since worked in various settings from acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, aqua-therapy, and home care and has over 10+ years of experience as a PT.
Darnell loves to work with patients in the neuro setting dealing with issues from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular and balance issues, and more.
In his spare time, Darnell is a loving husband and father to his wife and 5 yr old daughter and is a musician playing for various events, weddings, and concerts.
Dr.Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door.
As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Somareddy’s father, nicknamed “Reddy,” worked as a nurse at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he garnered a reputation for his knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Somareddy knows his success stems from his father’s influence, and he built a team that puts the patient’s needs above all else.
Dr. Somareddy earned his degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India. He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013. He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.
Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.
Offering expert care to New Jersey residents, Michael A. Romello, MD, is committed to putting his patients first. Board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Romello brings his expertise in non-operative musculoskeletal care and interventional pain management to the team at Orthocenter.
Dr. Romello received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. While there, he was a 4-year starter and 2-year captain of the Ursinus baseball team and graduated Magna Cum laude. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Romello went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ/Rutgers) in Newark. Dr. Romello did his internship in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, followed by his Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ/Kessler institute for Rehabilitation.
Dr. Romello then went on to complete Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management from Lags Spine and Sports Care in Santa Maria, California. While there, he received additional training in non-operative care of spine, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports related injuries. In addition to spinal procedures, Dr. Romello also gained further experience in electrodiagnostic testing (EMG) as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound guided procedures.
As a part of the Orthocenter team, Dr. Romello focuses on neck and back pain management. He provides comprehensive non operative care for his patients including spinal procedures under fluoroscopic guidance such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and joint injections. He performs dorsal column spinal cord stimulator trials and works closely with the orthopedic spine team for permanent placement of spinal cord stimulators.

Peter Shupper, MD, is a Board-Certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), with an additional Board Certification in Interventional Pain Medicine.
Dr. Shupper received his B.S. in Nutritional Biochemistry from Rutgers University, where he received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Leadership. He then went on to New York Medical College for his medical education. After graduating, he completed an Internal Medicine internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. Subsequently, Dr. Shupper completed his Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School/Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
While at Rutgers, Dr. Shupper was nominated for resident teaching awards, published numerous scholarly journal articles, and presented his research at several national society meetings. After graduating from his residency, he completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in the Anesthesiology Department. While in his Fellowship, Dr. Shupper developed his skillset in minimally invasive spinal procedures, including radiofrequency ablation and neuromodulation. He was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (AΩA). Dr. Shupper is currently an editorial board member for the Pain Physician Journal.
Dr. Shupper helps his patients return to and optimally perform their chosen activities while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. His goals for his patients are to maximize function while minimizing pain. Dr. Shupper treats patients with spine (neck, midback, low back, and buttock) pain as well as musculoskeletal issues (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle/foot). Dr. Shupper utilizes both conservative and minimally invasive interventions, including ultrasound, fluoroscopically guided procedures, and neuromodulation.
Dr. Margaret Donlon is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She earned her B.S. degree from Middlebury College and a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from Yale University.
Dr. Donlon completed her medical school training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Dr. Donlon subsequently pursued her Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark NJ at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. She received additional training in the practice of Medical Acupuncture at the Helms Medical Institute in Berkeley, CA.
Dr. Donlon sees patients in several area inpatient rehabilitation facilities. She also has a passion for caring for patients with the goal of reducing pain and improving function.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Donlon believes strongly in public service/public health and giving back to her local community. She currently serves as a Town Councilwoman for Ocean Township NJ and is a member of numerous local environmental committees.

Dr. Romello earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania. Originally from New York, she completed her medical school training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) at the New York Institute of Technology. Dr. Romello was a member of the Honor Society, Psi Sigma Alpha. While there, she was selected as an Undergraduate Fellow in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) where she stayed for an additional year instructing first and second year medical students in the OMM laboratory. In addition, she gained further clinical hours on campus treating patients.
Dr. Romello then completed her internship at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Islip New York, followed by her residency in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ Newark, and Kessler Institute. She remained at UMDNJ/Kessler for her fellowship in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Interventional Spine. During this time, she also received additional subspecialty training in interventional spinal procedures, musculoskeletal ultrasound, electrodiagnostic medicine and sports medicine.
Dr. Romello strives to deliver comprehensive care and values the time spent with each patient. Her goal is to provide individualized treatment with a focus on lifestyle while taking a collaborative approach with her patients, offering knowledge and guidance throughout their recovery. Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.
After graduating from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian – The University Hospital of Columbia & Cornell, serving as a Chief Resident. After extensive post residency training and clinical experiences in musculoskeletal medicine, she became Director of Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at New Jersey Pain Management -The Spine, Sports and Pain Medicine Center. She is currently on staff at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine – Morristown Medical Center, Atlantic Health System. Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona.
Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests.
Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
