As a specialized practitioner in pelvic floor physical therapy and chronic pain treatment, my professional journey has not necessarily been ordinary. I started my career in an orthopedic setting, where I quickly realized that the system I was operating within didn’t “fit” me. Despite the love I had for my patients, I felt confined within a box that prevented me from fully expressing my passion for helping people in pain.
It was only when I stepped outside of this box that I truly began to thrive and refine my specialization. I believe that pain and physical symptoms are the language of our bodies.
Your experience in physical therapy with me will be non-traditional. I spend a lot of time getting to know the people I work with in order to better help them recognize, understand, and transform their experience with pain. If you’re interested in a different approach to understanding your body and and it’s language, I’d be thrilled to examine that with you and see what we find.
Dr. Timothy Gray, PT, DPT earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. Tim worked as a chemical engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries for ten years before finding his true calling in physical therapy. He has experience treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and is particularly interested in geriatric care, including balance and fall prevention. Tim’s mission is to promote healthy aging throughout the lifespan. He utilizes a movement-based approach to reduce pain, improve function, and help individuals return to whatever it is they are passionate about. Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys road cycling, weightlifting, running, making his own pizza, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Rosa Franklin PT, DPT, CSCS is a graduate of NYU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program who focuses her energy on implementing thoughtful, practical, and innovative strategies that serve as a model to treat patients as the unique individuals they are.
Rosa utilizes a multidisciplinary approach that is grounded in the science of movement, strength training, and manual therapy techniques to effectively work with the person in front of her.
She comes from a diverse background that has allowed her to use her strength and conditioning certification with young and aging athletes. Rosa thrives with in-person sessions but also excels online which has afforded her the opportunity to help people reach their goals along both coasts of the USA and internationally in France and England.
Outside of the clinic you can find Rosa weightlifting, playing basketball, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.

Dr. Taylor Tattan, PT, DPT, CSCS, earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College, where she also competed as a Division III gymnast specializing on the balance beam. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Taylor has experience working with collegiate athletes and NFL players during her internships at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and EXOS Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Her treatment philosophy focuses on developing a holistic understanding of each patient to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate strength and conditioning principles and manual therapy techniques. Outside of physical therapy, Taylor enjoys strength training, rock climbing, yoga, hiking, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her two kittens!
JD Jones, PT, DPT received his Bachelors of Physiology and Doctorates of Physical Therapy both from the University of Washington, and has been a proud Husky his whole life. During his time at the University of Washington he competed with the Husky Wrestling team, eventually taking over as Head Coach during his last year of undergrad and during his gap year. He also served as a Strength and Conditioning coach for the club, and numerous clients throughout undergrad and graduate school. He's still involved in the world of Strength and Conditioning for the Seattle Select Baseball Club and Shoreline Community College Baseball team. JD is an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has a passion for working with Baseball and Combat Sport Athletes. If you can't find him in the weight room or on the mats, check the mountains, as he's an avid hiker and outdoorsman with many backpacking, mountaineering, and hunting adventures under his belt.
Originally from Pocatello, Idaho, Janell enjoys all things health and outdoors related with her husband and dog; from weightlifting, trail running, rucking, hiking, paddleboarding, snowshoeing and adventuring! She is an empathetic practitioner who approaches rehab from an individualized focus and is dedicated to promoting optimal health and wellness through physical and mental training, movement optimization, achieving/maintaining lifelong physical movement, health education, and social support.
She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 at the University of Puget Sound, where she also teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Therapy program. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology, Psychology, Chemistry and Integrated Human Biology at the University of Utah in 2014.
She forms caring, collaborative relationships and implements goal-driven treatment aimed at returning patients to their greatest capacity of lifetime activity.
Dr. Darius Porter (he/him) grew up his whole life as a Tacoma, WA native, and graduated from Foss High School. He then graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). While waiting to get accepted into a physical therapy program, Darius worked as a Physical Therapy Aide to build his knowledge base and gain experience. He was then accepted and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy program from Hampton University in Virginia. During his education he has won the Bruya-Wood Conference Award for Critical Thinking and making it on the Dean’s list.
Darius’ passion for helping others comes from his own personal experience of inadequate care as a youth and wants his patient’s to not only know the benefits that Physical Therapy can provide, but also how to prevent future injuries later in life.
His hobbies include bowling, playing basketball, playing pool, golfing, attending sporting events and concerts.
