Cailey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University in Indiana, where she competed as a cross country and track athlete. She retired from the sport after a hip injury that limited her return to running. In recent years, she received treatment for her pelvic floor allowing her to return to her full stride and back to what she loves. This path drew her to the pelvic floor branch of physical therapy.
Prior to treating pelvic floor physical therapy, Cailey treated in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Here she honed her skills with low back pain and a multitude of orthopedic conditions. She is certified and practices level 1 dry needling as well as a full body assessment technique called SFMA. She believes bodies are dynamic requiring a holistic approach to care and assessment. She approaches therapy as a team, helping people get back to what they love.
Jessica grew up in Virginia and earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy back in her home state at Mary Baldwin University. Upon graduation Jessica moved to Georgia where she began her career as a pelvic health physical therapist as well as specializing in lymphedema. She is very excited to continue her career here in the great state of Colorado.
Jessica knew she wanted to specialize in pelvic health prior to applying for PT school. She saw the impact pelvic therapy had on patients? quality of life during her time in undergrad and was instantly hooked. She has a passion for educating patients to take charge of their pelvic health so they can get back to enjoying their lives to the fullest.

I work with children 5 years of age and older, adolescents, and adults. Many clients I work with are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, impulsivity, emotion regulation, relationship issues, family conflict, self-harm behaviors, and/or problems with self-esteem.
As a person-centered therapist, I focus on providing a nonjudgmental, validating space for clients to navigate through difficult emotions and explore their values and identity. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy to help clients process emotions and develop skills to cope with these challenges. When treating children and adolescents, I work closely with parents/guardians to develop strategies to best support their child throughout the therapy process.
My name is Dr. Monica Vandervoort PT, DPT. I’m a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health for all people—specifically pelvic floor and lumbopelvic girdle dysfunction—and I also love treating orthopedic conditions. I founded Summus Rehabilitation so that I could prioritize the patient relationship and provide contextualized instruction on their unique journey to healing and wellness.
Grace graduated with her DPT from Regis University and has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the past two years. She was initially drawn to outpatient orthopedics because she enjoyed treating conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, and chronic pain. There she became certified in dry needling, where she was able to help individuals control their pain to maximize function.
While working in outpatient orthopedics, she gained mentorship in pelvic floor physical therapy where she learned how to treat individuals with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She developed a passion for implementing pain neuroscience education into treatment to help her patients understand their pain and conquer their functional goals. Grace strives to combine patient’s personal experiences, best available evidence, and clinical expertise to help her patients. She is excited to continue her clinical growth at N2.

I am an Oklahoma native who loves running, skiing, using my peloton and volunteering with middle school students in my spare time. I moved to Colorado to be closer to my sisters and the mountains.
I was first introduced to pelvic floor physical therapy as a first year physical therapy student in my first clinical. I am passionate about helping females get back to their best lives after pelvic dysfunction. I integrate my orthopedic background with all of my pelvic patients, and feel it is important to screen the entire body for dysfunction. I believe that when you come into my office we are a team and I am excited to start on your pelvic floor journey with you!
