Jason Berlongieri, DPT, is a board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy. He serves patients at The Neurology Institute in Coral Springs and Sunrise, Florida.
After graduating high school, Dr. Berlongieri enlisted in the United States Army as an airborne infantryman. He served 4.5 years with the 82nd Airborne Division with two combat deployments to Afghanistan. He left the U.S. Army as a combat airborne infantry squad leader with the rank of sergeant.
After the Army, Dr. Berlongieri ran the Chicago marathon in 2011. He went on to his formal education to receive a bachelor's degree in pre-physical therapy at Chicago State University in Chicago, Illinois.
Upon completion, he began his graduate education in 2015 at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois, to receive a doctoral degree in physical therapy. In 2018, he completed a neurological residency program for physical therapy at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida.

Dr. Luis Roa received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the Florida International University in 2005. He then continued on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from the University of South Florida in 2015 and has over 17 years of experience Dr. Roa has contributed greatly as a lecturer at Keiser University. Prior to creating Roa Rehabilitation Health Services, Dr. Roa was a clinic supervisor of a private practice in Pembroke Pines FL. Dr. Roa specializes in treatment of geriatric conditions, orthopedic injuries, both surgical and non-surgical, neurological disorders, neck and back pain, and biomechanical dysfunctions. Dr. Roa utilizes his wide array of corrective exercises as well as comprehensive manual techniques to correct movement faults and biomechanical abnormalities to return his patients to a high activity level safely and quickly. He is also proficient in the use of soft-tissue techniques such as myofascial release, k-tape, and joint mobilizations.
Dr. Dainielle Gordon-Cornwall is a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2007 from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology/Psychology from LaSierra University in Riverside, CA in 2004 and a Masters of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University in Lakeland, Fl in 2010. Dainielle is married and has two children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and participating in outdoor activities. Physical therapy has been her passion for the past 15 years. She continues to serve the South Florida community by providing the highest quality of care with a holistic approach for a better you.
Karina Gass completed her Bachelor's degree as a collegiate basketball athlete at Reinhardt University. She later earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Miami, followed by her Physician Assistant degree from Miami Dade College.
Ms. Gass was born and raised in Miami, FL where she has had the opportunity to serve a range of diverse populations from D1 college athletes, retired NFL players to casual weekend warriors. Prior to working at Minimally Invasive Spine Center of S.Florida, Ms. Gass worked as a DPT at Select Physical Therapy as well as her own concierge physical therapy company.
As a result of engaging in a wide range of studies and clinical experiences as a DPT and a PA-C, Ms. Gass brings a unique passion and perspective to our patients.

Heidys Martinez is a registered bilingual physical therapist with 33 years of experience. After graduating with a pedagogic teaching degree from high school in her native country of Colombia, she enrolled at The Metropolitan Health Science University in Barranquilla, Colombia to earn her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Shortly after, she moved to the United States to become a board-certified physical therapist in Florida and Tennessee.
Ms. Martinez evaluates and treats a variety of Neurologic and Orthopedic disorders, including sports injuries, balance and vestibular disorders, degenerative nerve and muscle diseases, strokes, Parkinson's disease, joint replacements, and gait disorders, among other rehabilitative conditions.
