Cynthia Sampson, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an Adult Distance Running Coach. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University, where she volunteered for the National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Throughout her career as a clinician, Cynthia has worked with individuals of all ages and athletic backgrounds. She is dedicated to helping her patients return to running pain-free by equipping them with the tools needed to maintain an active lifestyle for life. With 7 years of experience as an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and a 2x marathon runner, Cynthia uses her expertise to create individualized treatment plans using the biopsychosocial approach, empowering her patients to achieve their goals. Outside of physical therapy, she is passionate about running, singing, and portrait drawing.

Dr. Winnie Yu is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation. Her goal is to guide her patients through rehab to safely return to their sport and goals of interest. At Bespoke Treatments, she works closely with endurance athletes to create individualized preventative programs targeted at improving sports performance and injury risk reduction. She strives to empower her patients to pursue a healthy, and most importantly, sustainable active lifestyle. Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India.  He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. She came to the USA to pursue her Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences from the prestigious University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in orthopedic rehabilitation. Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Adam’s favorite part of being a physical therapist is the excitement of meeting new people and establishing a relationship of trust, lighthearted humor, and most importantly providing the right level of challenge to help his patients achieve their therapy goals.

Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.

Caryn Blum, MPT has been a therapist for 23 years, and graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. I have worked in all aspects of physical therapy including hospitals, rehab centers, outpatient and now homecare. I love working with and helping people to feel better and improve their functional abilities. I have a special interest in balance, gait and vestibular dysfunctions as well as various orthopedic problems.

Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona. 

Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests. 

Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
