Heidi graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Central Michigan University in 2008. One year after completing graduate school, she began her specialization in pelvic floor physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association Section on Women’s Health.
Heidi has spent the last thirteen years treating a wide variety of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction including prenatal/postpartum care, pelvic pain, organ prolapse, bladder and bowel dysfunction. She is passionate about women’s health and is looking to help change the narrative when it comes to the importance of pelvic health over the life span.
Outside of work Heidi loves to spend time with her husband, two children and golden retriever. She also enjoys spending time in the Upper Peninsula and Northern Michigan, practicing yoga and eating tacos as often as she can!

Michele graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2002. She began treating pelvic floor dysfunction one year after graduation. She received her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification in 2017 from the Herman and Wallace Institute.
Over the past 21 years she has had interests in many different aspects of pelvic floor rehabilitation. These include working with female athletes, helping women safely return to sports post-partum and women who experience urinary issues, bowel issues and/or pain daily. I love to help women continue to be as active as they can and calm fears that relate to being active with pelvic floor dysfunction.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her two daughters going for walks with them, watching shows together, playing games with them. She also goes to Grand Rapids as often as she can to visit her sister and nephews.
