Julia Shinkle, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG is an orthopedic physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in Lawrenceville, NJ.
Julia graduated from the University of Dallas in 2018 with a BS in Biology. At UD, she played on the women's lacrosse team and worked with the Special Olympics. A NJ native, Julia returned to the East Coast after college to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Temple University, graduating in 2021. As a PT student, Julia served as an executive board member for the North Broad Physical Therapy Center, a student-run pro bono physical therapy clinic in North Philadelphia.
Julia has experience working with patients of all ages across a variety of settings. She is particularly interested in biomechanics and movement analysis, especially with runners and endurance athletes. As a runner herself, Julia is passionate about breaking the cycle of chronic injury and frustration that many athletes face. She is also certified in LSVT BIG, which is a movement-based treatment approach for Parkinson's Disease and other neurologic movement disorders. Julia finds that being able to use movement to improve patients' quality of life is incredibly rewarding!

Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.
He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.

Byrne L. Solberg, M.D. is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and spent his youth in Dearborn, Michigan. Dr. Rodriguez is the President of Dynamic Injury Solutions LLC. His focus is the diagnosis and improvement of physical and physiological conditions that affect form and function of the human body. His practice offers high-quality options in diagnostics, therapies, treatments, and counseling in conditions that mostly affect the musculoskeletal system. He is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Quality Assurance and Utilization Review, and Independent Medical Examination. Dr. Rodriguez graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He double-majored in Biophysics and Natural Sciences with a concentration in Biochemistry. Thereafter, he graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1985, where he assisted in many operations, particularly of the hands, large articulating joints, and the cardiovascular system. Through his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), which he completed in 1989, he focused on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions.
Following his residency, Dr. Rodriguez started his private practice. He also served as Assistant Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Director of Physical Medicine Services for the Skilled Nursing Facility of the Presbyterian Medical Center for five years, while also serving as Associate Clinical Professor within the Department of Internal Medicine of the HUP system for five years.
In addition, Dr. Rodriguez served as Medical Director of the Acupuncture Drug Detoxification Research Program of Philadelphia for one year, founder and elected Chairman of the North Philadelphia Health System’s first Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for three years, and taught podiatry residents from the Podiatry College of Philadelphia. During that time he held admitting and consulting privileges at six Philadelphia area hospitals.
In 1997, Dr. Rodriguez began to devote his time to private office practice. He has kept his focus on patients, science, and technology by adding MRI, Ultrasound, Lasers, and autologous stem cell treatment services. At present, he heads a medical company of 80 employees and 15 health profession licensed healthcare providers with eleven locations in Philadelphia and four surrounding counties. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the Pennsylvania Pain Society, the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, Physicians for Patients’ Rights, and Jurispro.
Dr. Rodriguez has continued to add to his base of knowledge, completing a Graduate Management Program through the Aresty Institute of Executive Education of the Wharton School in 2017. In addition to improving himself, he has enjoyed collaborating with and advising young students from his alma mater as an advisor for the PENN Biotech Group including Penn Health-Tech and Pennovation.
