His postgraduate training included an internship in internal medicine and residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Utah. This was followed by a year of fellowship training in interventional spine care and pain management, which he completed in Atlanta, Georgia.
His primary area of focus is pain that originates from the spine. He is able to utilize many different techniques to treat his patients’ pain. He is fellowship-trained in interventional spine care and fluoroscopically guided procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, medial branch neurotomy, spinal cord stimulation/neuromodulation, and other treatments to minimize the need for medications.
Dr. Kenly believes that the most important aspect of managing pain is for his patients to understand why they hurt and be actively involved in developing a treatment plan. Upon licensure, she transitioned to the role of Nurse practitioner and has experience in gastroenterology, infectious diseases, and now pain management. Dr. Jeffrey Wiegers is a dedicated and inquisitive physician with a passion for advancing medical frontiers. His academic journey began at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He then pursued his medical education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earning his Medical Degree.

She currently works as a Nurse Practitioner with Advance Pain Management in Lancaster, California working closely with Dr. Narinder Grewal. She originally attended Excelsior College in Albany, New York where she received her associate’s degree in nursing. After graduating from her nursing degree she pursued working in the hospital as an ICU and ER nurse for several years before pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing with West Coast University, in Los Angeles California where she graduated with honors. As an ICU nurse she mostly worked in specialty units involving cardiac and neuro patients and she also pursued her critical care registered nurse certification (CCRN) while she was an ICU RN. After working for more than 12 years as an ICU and ER nurse Leika decided to pursue her masters in nursing.
