When you are in pain, the worst thing you can hear when seeking medical help is, "we are booked up now but can fit you in a couple of weeks." That was not the case here. My visit was scheduled promptly, and I was given a thorough diagnosis of my issue. I feel confident that the recommendation for treatment will help alleviate the back pain I have been experiencing for the past two weeks. And I will not be forced to wait another two weeks for the treatment that I need. I was very impressed that Dr. Marsiglia not only recommends the back procedure that I need but also performs the procedure. He is a doctor that instills confidence that the right thing will be done, he is the one to do it, and that I will be on the road to recovery soon.

Dr. Louis goes above and beyond! Along with having back pain from several previous surgeries, I also suffer from chronic daily severe migraines. He helped me with both conditions more than any doctor I've seen in 25 years. I truly appreciate his level of expertise and professionalism. But even more, his compassion.

Dr. Demetrius Louis is pretty awesome. He cares about his patients enough to look outside the box and research other alternatives to get us pain free without always having to take medicines. I'm a terrible TMJ case, have been for years. He gave me meds, but also gave me trigger point injections which, even after the first one, have helped greatly. He's a nice, caring guy, and so are all the nurses. I'm very happy and relieved I finally found a Dr that understands and is helping so much more than others at just the 2nd visit. Thanks!

Dr. Louis is a thorough, patient listener who continues to look for solutions to my mother's complicated pain management needs. We always leave his office with a clear-cut plan and a hopeful outlook.
“I was completely dissappointed in Dr. Louis. I came in with multiple pain issues as well as issues that complicate things a bit. Dr. Louis didn't ask me about the tremors I experience and was not concerned with my wellbeing. Dr. Lewis seemed really uptight and looked as if he just could not stay in that room with me another second. He concentrated on typing on the computer rather than concentrating on his patient. He didn't care about my shoulder which has bothered me for years, nor my foot which was hurt at the same time, nor my history with pain. He asked me about my sciatica, but did nothing for it. I have had pain issues for the last 20 years, as a matter of fact I am writing this at 4am because my back hurts and I couldn't sleep. I have had 0 quality of life for 20+ years and it looks like it'll be longer. He offered NO PAIN RELIEF at all, no Opioids, no Naproxin/Ibuprofen, no Gabapentin (which is a nerve pain/anti-convulsant med that I actually need), not even a Flintstones chewable. He gave me muscle relaxers that did nothing to relieve my pain AND wants me to go to physical therapy while in pain so I can hurt more. If I went to physical Therapy with nothing but muscle relaxers I wouldn't be able to walk for weeks. Pain relief is all about quality of life. Dr. Louis wasn't very concerned with my quality of life.
