She completed her undergraduate degree in business at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Dr. Clevenger continued her education at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans, earning her medical degree. She completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at LSU Health Sciences Center.
In the last year of her residency, Dr. Clevenger served as chief resident in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Dr. Morton is a founding partner and board member of Center for Orthopedics with over 16 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Morton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University where he was voted “Mr. McNeese”. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, and completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Morton is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society, and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. After graduating, Dr. Lowry completed an internship in preliminary medicine at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Lowry is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Spine Intervention Society.
