Board-certified in Pain Management and in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Roh received his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Across the city’s river, he went on to study internal medicine with an internship at Hahnemann University Hospital.
Dr. Roh then attended one of the nation’s leading physical medicine and rehabilitation programs at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he completed his residency. While there, he studied extensively at the Institute for Rehabilitation and Research.

Dr. Mark D. Klaiman is the co-founder of Point Performance. He received his Doctorate in Medicine from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia University. He is board certified and has been a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 1994.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Klaiman was a visiting associate in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the National Institutes of Health. To stay abreast of the latest advances in his field, he is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia And Pain Medicine, and Maryland State Medical Society.
In addition to helping patients at Pain Management Specialists, Dr. Hough is chairman of the pain management division at Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Maryland. He also regularly trains medical students and holds a faculty appointment at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC. Dr. Hough has hospital privileges at Shady Grove Medical Center, Holy Cross Hospital (Silver Spring) and Frederick Memorial Hospital.
