Gonzalo Gonzales, Jr., DO is a board-certified and fellowship-trained interventional pain physician and physiatrist at Texas Star Pain & Spine.in Plano, Texas.
Dr. Gonzales completed his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He went on to complete his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, where he also served as chief resident.
Following his residency training, Dr. Gonzales completed an ACGME-accredited pain fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta. He now specializes in pain management for a variety of health conditions, including sciatica, joint pain, back and neck pain, chronic headaches and migraines, as well as herniated discs and fibromyalgia. Ashley Bailey-Classen is a quadruple board-certified interventional pain management physician. She graduated medical school from University of North Texas Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then moved north of the Red River to complete an anesthesiology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. After her time in Oklahoma, she then traveled to Ohio to complete a pain medicine fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. She is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. She is also Board Certified in Pain Management by both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. After completing her training she returned to her home state of Texas to join Trinity Interventional Pain and Spine. She has a heart to view the patient as a whole and not just a collection of symptoms. Her goals are to not only relieve her patients of their pain but also return them to an improved level of functionality. In her spare time, she can be found among her horses and her dog in the barn.
