Lauren Gasparini DNP is a Nurse Practitioner at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, specializing in pain and rehabilitation. Lauren received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at William Paterson University, and acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Prior to completing her Doctor of Nursing program, Lauren was an orthopedic nurse for five years at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a pain management nurse practitioner.
Lauren was chosen to speak about Pain Management/Opioid Crisis at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Excellence Conference in 2018. When asked what brought Lauren to the medical field, she responded " I had brain surgery as a child, and knew that I wanted to take care of others the way I was cared for during my recovery. I originally went to school/began a career in Business Marketing but knew something was always missing; causing me to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse."
Lauren was born and raised in Northern Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find Lauren enjoying the fresh air (especially near or on water)! She loves spending time boating, swimming, going to the Jersey Shore, and visiting her family's lake house in the Adirondacks. Lauren loves spending time with her beautiful family, husband and daughter.

Dr. Dipan Patel is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics. Dr. Patel is skilled in administering both therapeutic and diagnostic spinal injections with the use of fluoroscopy, as well as peripheral injections guided by ultrasound technology. Her academic journey includes an accelerated program at the New York Institute of Technology and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. Following her internship, Dr. Patel completed her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she held the position of chief resident. She further specialized in interventional sports and spine medicine during a fellowship at the Center for Advanced Pain Management and Rehabilitation in New Jersey.

Jose Campos, MD, is a Board Certified Physiatrist and Sports Medicine doctor, who specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree from New York University, and graduated from New Jersey Medical School (University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey) in 2007.
Dr. Campos completed an internship at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York, and a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Kessler/Rutgers University. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Pain Management at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Dr. Campos was born and raised in New York City before his family relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later Mexico City. He takes an integrative approach to diagnosing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and pain resulting from sports, automobile accidents, and work-related injuries.
Patients suffering from muscle, tendon, ligament, or joint disorders can turn to Dr. Campos for premium care. Dr. Neil Sinha provides comprehensive interventional pain medicine at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, where he tailors individual treatment options to the unique needs of each patient. He believes that patient education and establishing a caring doctor-patient relationship are integral parts of the healing process.
Dr. Sinha uses a multi-pronged approach to managing pain, including interventional pain techniques, minimally-invasive surgeries, medical management, and physical and behavioral therapy. His goal is to restore function and improve the quality of his patients’ lives, who are welcome at one of five office locations: Edison, West Orange, Clifton, Hazlet, and Jersey City, New Jersey.
Dr. Sinha is especially interested in treating cervical and lumbar pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and post-laminectomy syndrome. He also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex regional pain syndrome, facial pain, and headaches.
After earning his undergraduate degree in computational biology and mathematics at Cornell University, Dr. Sinha received his Doctor of Medicine from the New Jersey Medical School in Newark. He did his residency in anesthesiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.
Dr. Sinha completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation. While there, Dr. Sinha trained in cutting-edge technology with leaders in the field of pain management. He was nominated and served as Chief Fellow and was awarded the Ethelee R. Smith Award for Most Outstanding Fellow.
Dr. Sinha is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management and is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
