Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Daniel Smeester MD is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment specialist in California’s San Francisco East Bay. His state of the art Outpatient Medical Detox program allows people to safely stop their use of alcohol and other substances, even fentanyl, in the comfort of their own home, with in-person office visits or with telehealth, or both. Haresh Sampathkumar, MD, is the Medical Director at Delaware NeuroRehab in Dover, Wilmington and Newark, Delaware. With subspecialty training in Brain Injury Medicine, Dr. Sampathkumar treats the entire spectrum of severity of brain injuries from concussions to coma (AKA Disorders of Consciousness). Manuel Colon Mendez, MD, MBA, is a board-certified physician specializing in emergency medicine and providing over four decades of expertise to patients at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Mendez obtained his medical degree from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma De Puebla Escuela De Medicina in Puebla, Mexico. Dana Kleinman, DO, is an experienced doctor of osteopathic medicine at the Regenerative Sport, Spine and Spa in Orlando, Florida. Originally hailing from Israel, Dr. Kleinman enjoys helping patients with any concern, no matter how challenging.

Dr. Kleinman obtained a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Here, she obtained essential knowledge that set the foundation for her continuing education. 

Afterward, she attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she obtained a master’s degree in biomedical science. Dr. Kleinman continued to pursue higher education and obtained her medical degree also from Nova Southeastern University.

After completing her residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida, Dr. Kleinman worked for several hospital systems as an attending physician in emergency medicine, providing excellent care to her patients. Dr. Warren was born in Kentucky and raised in the heartland of Columbus, Ohio. He attended the Ohio State University where he was president of the Society of Physics Students, and earned his BS in physics. Dr. Warren later attended graduate school at Case Western Reserve University, where he earned an MS in Neuroscience. He attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati, where he was appointed as the Cincinnati Academy of Medicine Liaison and Legislative Representative. He was awarded the Golden Scalpel Award for anatomical expertise, and earned his MD in 2002. In 2008, he completed his residency in Anesthesiology at SUNY Buffalo, during which his training was interrupted while he served a tour of duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After residency, Dr. Warren practiced as an anesthesiologist for over 10 years. During this time, he held several key leadership positions, including Chair of Anesthesiology at Doctors Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, and served on the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee at Town & Country Hospital in Tampa. He also completed the Baycare Physician Leadership Course while working at St Joseph’s Hospitals.

His commitment to duty has always been an important part of his life. He served for over 15 years in the US Army Reserve, both enlisted and as a medical officer, having served two tours of duty in Iraq.

After practicing anesthesia for over 10 years, Dr. Warren completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida. He is now board-certified in both pain medicine and anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiologists. In 2024, he joined the faculty of USF as an Assistant Professor for the USF Pain Fellowship program.
