Lauren Gasparini DNP is a Nurse Practitioner at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, specializing in pain and rehabilitation. Lauren received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at William Paterson University, and acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Prior to completing her Doctor of Nursing program, Lauren was an orthopedic nurse for five years at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a pain management nurse practitioner.

Lauren was chosen to speak about Pain Management/Opioid Crisis at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Excellence Conference in 2018. When asked what brought Lauren to the medical field, she responded " I had brain surgery as a child, and knew that I wanted to take care of others the way I was cared for during my recovery. I originally went to school/began a career in Business Marketing but knew something was always missing; causing me to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse."

Lauren was born and raised in Northern Jersey. Outside of the office, you can find Lauren enjoying the fresh air (especially near or on water)! Manish Shah, MD, is a pain management physician serving patients SEPA Pain & Spine in Limerick, Pennsylvania. He focuses on advanced and minimally invasive pain management treatments to help patients become more active and regain their independence. 

Dr. Shah grew up in a small town in upstate New York and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, graduating with the highest honor in both biology and business administration.

Anh L. Ngo, MD MBA, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a Harvard-trained interventional pain medicine physician at Pain Specialty Group in Newmarket and Newington, New Hampshire. Dr. Ngo takes a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, offering the most effective and innovative treatments available, from interventional procedures to holistic approaches, to help his patients find relief from their pain for a better quality of life. 

Dr. Ngo completed his undergraduate degree from the School of Biological Sciences, Doctorate of Medicine from the School of Medicine, and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Tristan Shockley, MD, is a sought after board-certified pain medicine doctor with a passion for helping men and women eradicate pain and restore their quality of life.
