Dr. Jureidini was born in the United States and raised in Beirut, Lebanon, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors in 2011 from Saint Joseph University. While there, he was honored with a prize for being ranked 3rd in his class for five years in a row. Dr. Jureidini then moved to New York and earned his Master of Science in periodontics from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine.
During his residency at Columbia University, Dr. Jureidini was trained by leading professors in the periodontology and implantology fields. He learned and mastered technical skills with a sensitivity for aesthetics, and developed his own approach and philosophy to top-quality dental treatment. For his extraordinary commitment and performance, Columbia University awarded Dr. Jureidini the Murray Schwartz Scholarship. Dr. Jureidini makes sure to take time to listen to his patients’ concerns and explains treatment options with honesty and clarity. David Kwon, DMD, MS, FICIOI, is a leading periodontist and implant surgeon working out of Tysons Dental Design Center in Vienna, Virginia, which also serves the communities of Reston, Potomac Falls, Herndon, and Oak Hill. He also serves the United States as an officer of the Army Dental Corps.
Dr. Kwon completed his Master of Science at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the school of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Dr. Kwon enjoys continuing to learn all he can to improve his dental skills for his patients. Dr. Kwon specializes in the treatment and management of the soft and hard tissues in the mouth, as well as the dental diseases that affect them. After completing his doctor of dental medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Dr. Kwon continued his training at the U.S. Army Advanced Education Program in Periodontics. Dr. Georges Traboulsi, DDS, is a periodontist with the Dulles Dental Group. His interest in oral health seems to be genetic, as he is the third generation in his family to practice dentistry and, in fact, spent time in his father’s office in his youth. From observing his father, he saw first-hand the impact of good dental care on patients. After graduating from Saint Joseph University in Orange County, California as a doctor of dental surgery, he stayed on to complete an oral surgery fellowship. He then entered the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a three-year postdoctoral periodontology residency. And, finally, he obtained a master’s degree in oral biology at Boston University, during which time he conducted research on salivary proteins.
Dr. Traboulsi is an active member of the American Association of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Traboulsi’s primary focus is on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of gum disease, although he also performs cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is experienced in a number of periodontic surgical procedures, including soft and hard tissue augmentation, the removal of impacted wisdom teeth and bone grafting in the jaw. As part of his commitment to the dental health of the community at large, he volunteers at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic. Dr. Traboulsi has two main goals in his dental practice. Growing up in Scottsdale, Arizona, she received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Arizona State University. Dr. Michelle Kamel received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, College of Dentistry graduating with honors in periodontics. Dr. Kamel then continued her post-doctorate training in Periodontics & Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry where she gained extensive clinical knowledge and training in placing dental implants and treating periodontal disease.
During her training, Dr. Kamel has traveled both globally and locally to treat dental diseases in underserved populations in Kathmandu, Nepal and in various neighborhoods in New York City.
