Dr. Douglas LaCour grew up locally, graduating from Klein Forest High School. He then earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Texas in Austin and his Medical Degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. LaCour has been in private practice in the Spring area since 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, the American College of Pediatrics and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.
In his free time, Dr. LaCour enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys all water activities, especially sailing, in which he is certified by the American Sailing Association.
Vy Ngo, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Rosenberg, Texas. She joined the practice in 2022.
Vy graduated from the University of Houston in Texas in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, obtaining her master’s in physician assistant studies. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Vy worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which piqued her initial interest in the field.

Rachel McConnell, MD, is an experienced, board-certified pediatrician at Neighborhood Pediatrics in Shenandoah, Texas. She creates a comfortable, fun setting for kids of all ages in a warm, welcoming environment.
Dr. McConnell earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, known by her patients as Dr. Pen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in rendering medical care for children from the newborn age up through the age of 18. She completed a pediatric residency program at Harlem Hospital in New York and in UTMB, Galveston.
During her time at the residency in UTMB Dr. Penmetsa received the best Residents Research Award. Dr. Penmetsa enjoys caring for patients and believes in the patient / parent trust in their doctor. Murray Fershtman, MD, is an experienced and compassionate board-certified pediatrician practicing at Forest Pediatrics. He has provided comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents living in and around The Woodlands, Texas, for over two decades.
