Dr. Douglas LaCour grew up locally, graduating from Klein Forest High School. He then earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Texas in Austin and his Medical Degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. LaCour has been in private practice in the Spring area since 2000. Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, known by her patients as Dr. Pen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in rendering medical care for children from the newborn age up through the age of 18. She completed a pediatric residency program at Harlem Hospital in New York and in UTMB, Galveston.

Joshua Rotenberg, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with unique triple subspecialty certification in epilepsy, brain injury and sleep medicine. He provides high-quality, individualized care for infants, children, and adolescents at Houston Specialty Clinic locations in Houston and Sugar Land, Texas. Dr. Rotenberg earned his undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rotenberg received the USAF Health Professions Scholarship and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF in 1991. He stayed at Brown to complete dual degrees: Doctor of Medicine and Master of Medical Science - Community Health. Serving in the military, Dr Rotenberg was trained to offer advanced diagnostics and treatment typically reserved for advanced fellows. Dr Rotenberg completed a fellowship in child and adolescent neurology at the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences, Walter Reed AMC, Bethesda National Naval Medical Center, and the NIH. Dr Rotenberg completed pediatric rotations at Children's National Medical Center, Johns Hopkins and Kennedy Krieger Institute.
