He has achieved fellowship designation in four areas of medical practice to include sleep medicine, pediatrics, pediatric pulmonology, and internal medicine.
A New Braunfels native, Dr. Smith earned his undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and remained in the state to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He refined his skills and knowledge through an internship and residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, where he was also appointed chief resident of internal medicine and pediatrics.

Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Marsh completed a residency in pediatric neurology at St. Louis University in Missouri, where he remained for fellowship training.

Dr Kiersz-Mueller was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and moved to Florida with her parents and siblings at the age of 15. Dr. Kiersz-Mueller majored in chemical biology for her undergraduate studies at Stevens Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science. After graduating in 2010, she enrolled at the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete her medical degree.
Dr. Kiersz-Mueller undertook her internship in family and osteopathic medicine at the Medical College of Georgia from 2014-2015, and completed her residency in family and community medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences San Antonio from 2015-2017, where she served as chief resident during her senior year.
