Originally from Upstate New York, Joanne brings over 30 years of pediatric experience across inpatient, outpatient, and specialized care settings, including school health. Her extensive background includes 27 years as a registered nurse in the Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Children’s Hospital of Albany Medical Center, where she provided comprehensive, family-centered care to critically ill infants—from extremely premature newborns to one year of age.
Joanne earned her Master of Science in Child Health Nursing from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY, obtaining her Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2017. She later expanded her expertise with a Post-Master’s Certificate in Pediatric Acute Care and earned her Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification.
Beyond clinical practice, Joanne is passionate about advocacy and advancing pediatric healthcare. She played a key role in establishing Cleft-Craniofacial Clinics and assisting hospitals in obtaining national certification for specialized teams in New York and Nebraska. Additionally, she directed the Helmet Clinic in Omaha, NE, providing critical care for infants with positional cranial deformities.

Dr. Fotheringham is a California native. She received her bachelor’s degree in biological and chemical sciences from Point Loma Nazarene University, CA. She then went on to earn her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, MI. After graduation, Dr. Fotheringham completed her residency in general pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Fotheringham is a passionate and caring pediatrician who loves building relationships with her patients and families and helping them achieve their health goals. Dr. Gina Hou is a dedicated and compassionate pediatrician committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Andrews University in Michigan before pursuing her medical education at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where she completed medical school, residency, and specialized training in neonatal intensive care.
During her time at Loma Linda University, Dr. Hou developed extensive experience in managing critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Her work in neonatal care strengthened her expertise in caring for premature and medically complex infants, reinforcing her deep commitment to providing comprehensive and family-centered care. After years of dedicated practice in Loma Linda, CA, she transitioned to general pediatrics, where she could further support children’s growth and development from infancy through adolescence.
Dr. Hou maintains a strong clinical interest in newborn care and pediatric patients with complex medical histories, ensuring that families receive the guidance and support they need for their child’s health and well-being. She values building trusting relationships with patients and parents, fostering a collaborative approach to pediatric care.

Rebecca (Becky) Boscaljon MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician. She provides care for infants, children, and adolescents in the Las Vegas community.
Dr. Boscaljon is an Iowa native. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA. She then earned her medical degree at the University of Iowa, and completed her pediatric residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
After training, Dr. Boscaljon was a general pediatrician in eastern Iowa for 19 years before relocating to Las Vegas. She strives to provide excellent, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care to her patients. She believes in a team approach to health care, in which the family, physician, and patient work together to improve the patient's overall health.
Dr. Boscaljon is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Harold Zilberman, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in emergency medicine. He cares for patients at Nevada Pediatric Specialists, located in both Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada.
Dr. Zilberman graduated with his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. He received his medical degree from Laval University School of Medicine in Quebec City, Canada.
After graduation, he went on to complete both his internship and residency in pediatric medicine at McGill University and the Montreal Children’s Hospital in Montreal, Canada. His fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine took place at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
Once his fellowship was complete, he relocated to the United States and worked as a pediatric emergency room physician at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas. After 11 years at the hospital, he founded Nevada Pediatric Specialists.

After graduation, Dr. Nguyen completed her residency in general pediatrics at Metro Health Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
