Dr. Kelly Meier, DO, FAAP, is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Pediatric Associates of Southwest Missouri. Dr. Meier delivers outstanding care to children of all ages and families in and around Joplin, Missouri.
Dr. Meier grew up in nearby Kansas and has lived in the four states area all her life. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry and psychology from the University of Kansas (KU) in Kansas City.
She then attended Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
In 2008, she completed her training at the University of Kansas Wichita and became Board-Certified in Pediatrics that fall. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
Upon graduation, she joined Pediatric Associates of Southwest Missouri, where she has enjoyed practicing ever since.
In her spare time, Dr. Meier enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the mountains, and using her artistic side to create beautiful, quilted blankets. She completes each day by catching up with her husband, Ryan, in the evenings and shares an interest in watching crime shows with her daughter.
She also enjoys watching KU college basketball with her son, Rock Chalk Jayhawk.
Dr. Teresa Crowe, DO, FACOP, FAAP, is a Board-Certified Pediatrician at Pediatric Associates of Southwest Missouri. Dr. Crowe provides high-quality care to children of all ages and families in and around Joplin, Missouri.
In 2006, Dr. Crowe graduated from Des Moines University (DMU) in Des Moines, Iowa, with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at the University of Kansas (KU) in Kansas City, where she was chief resident in her final year.
She practiced in Topeka, Kansas, for about eight years, where she worked at Pediatric Associates of Topeka before moving to Joplin, Missouri. She has worked here at Pediatric Associates for over six years and loves helping the children of the four-state area.
Dr. Crowe is a dedicated cat mom including her Persian-munchkin kitty, Luna, and her other three fur babies, Cleo, Mabel, and Artemis. She also loves getting to spoil her two nieces and one nephew. She enjoys traveling (especially to Harry Potter World), attending live music and theater, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Dr. Crowe welcomes all patients into Pediatric Associates of Southwest Missouri and looks forward to seeing each and every one of you.
