Kiley Carbone, APRN is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner bringing her expertise and passion for pediatric care to the Center for Advanced Pediatrics. With a rich educational background and a genuine love for working with children, Kiley is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to families in the community.
Originally from Flemington, New Jersey, Kiley pursued her undergraduate studies at Penn State University. Graduating with distinction in May 2019, she then chose to further her education at Yale School of Nursing. It was there that she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree. While enrolled at Yale, Kiley worked as a Registered Nurse at Yale Health and also spent a summer working as a camp nurse.
Since joining the Center for Advanced Pediatrics in 2022, Kiley has become an integral part of the team, offering compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to young adults.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kiley finds joy in spending quality time with her fiance, John, and their beloved dog, Sky. Whether it's watching the New York Yankees or the Minnesota Vikings beat their opponents, exploring the outdoors, indulging in the Norwalk food scene, or simply enjoying each other's company at home, Kiley cherishes these moments dearly.
Why pediatrics? Who doesn’t love a snuggle from a baby or getting to play games during the work day? There is nothing I love more than meeting children as babies and getting the special opportunity to work closely with parents to help them grow and flourish.
I joined The Center for Advanced Pediatrics in August 2020, but grew up close by in Ridgefield, CT. While I always knew that I wanted to work in pediatrics, my passion for children grew stronger throughout my clinical rotations while completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Boston College.
I went on to receive my Master’s Degree in Nursing from Columbia University, graduating from the pediatric primary care nurse practitioner program. After graduating, I worked at a pediatric private practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan before moving back to Connecticut. It was there that my love for babies and nutrition continued to grow.
While not at work, I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. Especially my husband Nick and puppy Henry.
Morgan Krolikowski, DNP, CPNP-PC, is a board-certified pediatric advanced practice registered nurse. She started with The Center for Advanced Pediatrics in September 2023.
Morgan graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2018. She worked for five years as a registered nurse in pediatric primary care in both Connecticut and New York. In 2023, she received her Master's of Science in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University in New York City. Her research focused on the correlation between depression and social media use in adolescents.
Morgan has a special interest in asthma and follows the patients of the practice for asthma management. A fluent Spanish speaker, Morgan is also eager to provide care in both English and Spanish to the patients of the practice.
Morgan was raised in Fairfield County, and she is excited to be practicing in the community that she grew up in.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Jane Brotanek, MD, MPH is delighted to be part of the medical team here at The Center for Advanced Pediatrics. A board-certified pediatrician, she is a dedicated and experienced physician who is passionately committed to the care of children. Fluency in seven languages, including Spanish and French, allows her to care for children from a variety of backgrounds.
Dr. Brotanek obtained her Bachelor’s degree with Honors in History from Yale University, and obtained her MD from NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Following residency, she completed a three-year fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Rochester and graduated with a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree.
While serving on the faculty in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin and at the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, she conducted research focused on improving the health and healthcare of underserved children, particularly minority and poor children with inadequate access to quality healthcare due to language and cultural barriers.
Dr. Brotanek became one of 15 junior faculty nationwide to receive the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Physician Faculty Scholars Program award. She went on to publish numerous articles and received national as well as international recognition for her work on iron deficiency and early childhood nutrition.
Dr. Brotanek has been named among Connecticut’s Top Doctors since 2021. In her free time, she loves to travel (Italy, France, Mexico, India, and all over the world) and enjoys writing poetry, listening to music, and playing the piano.
Dr. Trang received her Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry with honors from Baylor University. She earned her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and then completed her pediatrics residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, in New York, NY.
Throughout her medical training, Dr. Trang has taken an active role in assuring the health and wellness of both her patients and colleagues. At Johns Hopkins, she led an initiative that produced workshops aimed to promote mental and physical wellness of medical students. She also served as a mentor for local elementary school students in an underserved area of Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Trang has published and presented numerous research papers. She takes an integrative approach to health, focusing on nutrition and promotion of a healthy lifestyle for prevention of disease later in life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time writing, hiking and traveling the world with her husband and children.
Dr. Trang is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Arthur "Jay" Dobos, MD, FAAP, is a highly skilled pediatrician providing excellent care to patients at the Center for Advanced Pediatrics with offices in Norwalk and Darien, Connecticut. He has been a lifelong resident of Connecticut and joined the practice in November 1995.
Dr. Dobos attended the University of Connecticut in Mansfield, Connecticut, receiving his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy in 1986. He obtained his master's degree from the University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington, Connecticut.
Dr. Dobos completed his pediatric residency training at New York Medical College/Westchester County Medical Center and served as a chief pediatric resident.
When he began his career at the Center for Advanced Pediatrics, he worked part-time while completing his fellowship training in developmental and behavioral pediatrics at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and board-certified in general pediatrics and developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
Dr. Dobos resides in Wilton, Connecticut, with his wife and three boys. If he's not in the office, you can find him at the local hockey rink, playing or watching his boys.
He currently serves as the medical director of the Robert B. Appleby School-Based Health Clinics at the three high schools in Norwalk. Each spring, he and his wife teach disability awareness, safety and anatomy classes, and first aid at some local elementary schools.

Daniela Atanassova-Lineva, MD, is dedicated to the health of children and families at Peds For Kids in Rego Park, New York. A Board-Certified Pediatrician and a fellow of the Academy of Pediatrics’ section of Adolescent medicine, she was named among America’s top Pediatricians for 13 years running. Born in Bulgaria, she showed passion about medicine at an early age and pursued it with dedication and perseverance. Dr. Atanassova-Lineva started her elementary education in Kenitra, Morocco where she attended Lycee Francais. She graduated from High School as Valedictorian from the most prestigious High School in her native town Russe, Bulgaria, "The International School of Foreign Languages."
Dr. Atanassova-Lineva’s areas of clinical interest span Emergency Medicine, Pediatric Primary Care, and Adolescent Medicine, as well as asthma disease, allergic disorders, obesity, nutrition, and dermatology, integrated with aesthetic medicine. As a Pediatric Specialist, her emphasis remains on prevention for the young, younger, and youngest of patients. She received certifications in Aesthetic Medicine in 2016 and in Obesity Medicine from Harvard University in 2019.
Dr. Atanassova-Lineva has practiced Pediatric and Emergency Medicine for more than 20 years. As a veteran Pediatrician, she has seen how parents’ health affects children. She remained an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Hospital’s Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine for more than 15 years where she instructed medical students and pediatric residents. Currently she teaches the Stony Brook University PA students by percepting their clinical rotations in Pediatrics at her private office. In addition, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva maintains affiliations with the prestigious NorthWell Children's Hospital in Long Island, NewYork Presbyterian-Queens Hospital, and Mount Sinai Hospital, Manhattan.
With diverse interests in Medicine, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva has published scholarly articles on the subjects of obesity, nutrition, sports medicine and children with cleft lip and palate. Shortly after graduating from Medical University she led research in neuroscience and child's psychiatry.
In 2016 Dr Atanassova-Lineva lost her 20 year old daughter Stefani Lineva ( a division 1 Tennis player in pre-med College) in a hit and run accident. The tragedy inspired her to create a Non for Profit Organization in memory of her beloved Stefani, "Stefani Forever 20 ". Together with her son Daniel she became the CEO of this organization with the Mission to promote the game of tennis to all unprivileged children in the World.
Volunteering has always come naturally to Dr. Atanassova-Lineva and she has been donating her time helping children in Nepal, India, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala and Ecuador.
Fluent in five languages, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva has delivered numerous presentations at the Eastern European Meetings of Pediatrics, has numerous TV presentations on TV5Monde in Paris, France, Telemundo TV channel in New York, Bulgarian and Russian Radio Stations and the International Pediatric Association honored Dr. Atanassova-Lineva as a leading physician of the World and top pediatrician in Queens, New York. The following year, she was recognized with a Patients’ Choice Award. In 2018 Dr. Atanassova -Lineva was honored to cut the ribbon of the newly renovated Pediatric Clinic of Gotham Health and Hospital Corporations in Jackson Heights, NY. The International Association of Top Professionals honored Dr. Atanassova-Lineva as the “Top Pediatrician of the Year for 2022”. At the International Business Excellence Awards in 2023, Dr. Atanassova-Lineva was honored with the “Lifetime Achievement in Pediatric Medical Care Award”.
Dr. Atanassova-Lineva appeared at the front page of the IAOTP magazine in 2022 and in 25 A Magazine, Long Island, NY where she published articles about the success of her achievements.
