Dr. Wilkiemeyer grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and began her professional education in Virginia, where she earned her undergraduate degree. Dr. Sanny Chan of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Medical group in Santa Monica, CA is board-certified in Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics as well. In 2014, Dr. Chan joined the Pediatric Allergy and Immunology faculty as Assistant Professor at National Jewish Health. He was also Assistant Professor in the department of Biomedical Research working on understanding how the immune system causes allergic reactions to pets and foods, as well as teaching residents and fellows how to care for patients. Over the years, he has published numerous scientific articles in the basic sciences and in the clinical management of immune deficiency and allergic diseases.
