He made us feel calm and at ease with the procedure. Even though it wasn’t recommended we were given the option to be in the room or not with our son. We chose to not be in the room with him so they can focus on our son without us there. We got to see the room before they started and after they showed us how it turned out. The entire time we listened in and they were so gentle with him. They talked to him and sang to him. It was amazing to see how they were with him. I recommend them 100%! It was overall a great experience and worth the 1 1/2 hour drive!”
