Kathleen Mansour, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Millennium Pediatrics in Naperville, Illinois. Sarah Jane is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in the Midwest and attended the University of Kentucky, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, Sarah Jane started her nursing career at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) helping take care of kids with some of the most severe illnesses and injuries.
After six years as a PICU nurse, Sarah Jane obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from MUSC, where she gained advanced training in providing expanded services in diagnosing and treating various pediatric medical conditions. Upon graduation, Sarah Jane worked for over eight years in academic asthma and pulmonary disease specialty clinics as well as pediatric primary care clinic before starting Island Pediatrics.
Sarah Jane enjoys spending time with her husband, two girls, their Goldendoodle puppy, playing sand volleyball, and trying out new restaurants around town.

Patricia “Trish” Farmer, DNP, APRN-CNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Pediatric Practitioners of Oklahoma. She has been practicing in the Claremore, Oklahoma, area since 2011.
Trish received her nursing degree at Georgia State University in Atlanta in 1987. She gained experience by working in the neonatal intensive care unit, as a home infusion nurse, and as a coordinator/manager with kidney transplants. She then expanded her education by obtaining her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Oklahoma in Norman in 2009. Trish went on to earn her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri, in 2014.
Trish has dedicated her life to maintaining her pediatric patients’ health. In 2013, she opened Pediatric Practitioners of Oklahoma in Claremore, Oklahoma. She loves working with children and their parents.
In her downtime, Trish enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, and playing with her dogs.

Nicole attended Ithaca College and graduated with her Master’s of Science Degree in 2000 (MS). She is a licensed of Physical Therapist (PT). Upon graduation, she immediately pursued her passion for pediatrics at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked for 8 years. After moving back to New Jersey with her two boys in order to be closer to her family, she took a position in a leadership role at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Throughout her career, she also has had experience working in skilled nursing facilities with patients of various ages and diagnoses. Eric Hebert is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary and acute care. His experience is drawn from over 30 years of direct patient care as an emergency room nurse, pediatric nurse practitioner at Boston Children's Hospital Medical ICU, and pediatric nurse practitioner at Shriner's Hospitals for Children Burn Unit.
