Dr. Azeem served as a board member for the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and held the position of director of neuromodulation in a multidisciplinary pain practice in New Orleans before moving to Florida. He recently developed the first successful non-opioid based interventional pain clinic in the Sarasota, Florida, area.
His background helped shape Dr. Azeem’s approach to treating pain, and he includes both patients and their families in developing treatment plans so that everyone involved understands the origin of the patient’s pain as well as their available treatment options.
Dr. Azeem actively continues to conduct research and author peer-reviewed publications in addition to treating patients, President, Florida Society of Pain & Neuroscience, Chair of Strategic Development for State Society Engagement and Advocacy, American Society of Pain & Neuroscience and Board of Directors, Florida Prescription Drug Monitoring Foundation.

My desire is to provide individualized care that incorporates patient education and provides cutting edge, long term pain solutions. I believe that by building a relationship with each patient and using a team oriented approach to provide relief for those that suffer, together, we can restore your quality of life.”
Dr. Sarria has spent his career addressing cases of complicated and chronic pain. Before 2014, when he opened his own medical practice, he spent a decade as Chief of the Interventional Pain Medicine Service at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida where he remains an Assistant Member. Dr. Sarria is also a current Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in the departments of Oncologic Sciences and Neurology.
Dr. Sarria takes great pride in not just the outcomes achieved at The Aspire Pain Relief Institute but the processes and culture shared by his entire team. Stanley R. Dennison Jr. MD, MBA, is the physician at both Advanced Pain Care clinics. He not only sees patients in his office, but also is unique in that he regularly visits the hospitals in the Tampa Bay area for his admitted patients. This means that he will be available at all times. Your medical needs are of utmost importance.
Dr. Dennison is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management. He served his internship at Wayne State University in Detroit and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at The Medical College of Ohio Hospital in Toledo.
Dr. Dennison completed a Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Kentucky at Lexington. He is a past Director at the Pain Clinic at Shands at the University of Florida, and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Florida Society of Anesthesiologists and Hillsborough County Medical Association.
