A southern Californian native, Dr. Lai completed his medical training at Tufts University where he subsequently served as a clinical instructor. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also holds board certifications in Pain Medicine and Independent Medical Examiners.

Yamin Sallowm, MD, is a neurologist and pain medicine specialist. He sees patients at Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, which has locations in Placentia and Rancho Mirage, California.
He graduated from an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program and an ACGME-accredited fellowship program in pain medicine, both at Henry Ford Health/Wayne State University in Michigan.
