Dinash Yanamadula, M.D., F.A.A.P.M.R., F.A.A.P.M.., is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. At his practice, the Princeton Pain and Spine Institute, located in Lawrenceville and Edgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Yanamadula helps his patients from throughout Mercer County to find relief from the pain associated with accident related injury, shingles, migraines, issues with the spine, neck, back, and other joints.
He completed his internship at Temple University/Frankford Hospital and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
He furthered his education to pursue a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Yanamadula’s multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, ridding them of their pain, without having to resort to surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests are in the area of low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and in the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.
Many different modalities are utilized at Princeton Pain and Spine Institute ranging from medication utilization to optimize pain relief, to implementing a physical therapy program tailored to the individual's condition and if those modalities are not effective than minimally invasive procedures may be used. If these treatments are not effective, Dr. Yanamadula will then make every effort to guide you in the right direction for further care.

In his previous practice, Dr. Yanamadula developed a ‘Center of Excellence’ – such that his commitment to patient care and excellence in his craft as the reason that he was selected by St. Jude Medical, Neuromodulation Division, to train physicians from around the country in neuromodulation techniques. Dr. Ashraf Salem (Ash) is the Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer of BKUC. At BKUC, Ash overseas our clinical processes and continuous improvement required to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. He spends his time with patients, mentoring and developing our clinical staff and developing the most effective patient experience support by in-house proprietary technology enablers.
Dr. Salem graduated, Summa Cum Laude, from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY and attended medical school at Mount Sinai. After graduating he went on to complete his residency in Emergency Medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center and was Board Certified in 2004. He continued to practice emergency medicine and became an Assistant Professor at Kings County/SUNY Downstate from 2003-2009. Dr. Salem founded Brooklyn Urgent Care in 2006.
Chaim Mandelbaum, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist with subspecialty training and board certification in pain management. He provides IV vitamin therapy and a range of other aesthetic and wellness services at IV MD, located in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City.
Dr. Mandelbaum received his medical degree in 1992 from the State University of New York Health Science Center. He did residency training in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Following his residency, Dr. Mandelbaum completed a fellowship in pain management at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Mandelbaum specializes in using innovative techniques for pain management. He incorporates a unique multi-disciplinary approach using both minimally invasive and non-invasive techniques. Dr. Mandelbaum has specialty training in radiofrequency techniques, epidural lysis of adhesions, selective nerve blocks, sympathetic blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and intrathecal pumps.
Dr. Mandelbaum has offered IV vitamin therapy to his patients at Comprehensive Pain Management and Spine Care for many years and is now excited to expand these services to the public with the opening of IV MD at Comprehensive Pain Management.
Dr. Ningning He, MD is board certified in anesthesiology and ABA subspecialty in pain medicine. Dr. He finished her pain management training at New York University. Dr. He uses the most advanced but least invasive pain management techniques to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain. Appropriate and targeted treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis from Dr. He and her team, followed by an action plan to suit the patient's needs. The goal of Dr. He and her team is compassionate care of the highest quality for those suffering from pain.
Dr He served as an instructor for RIWOspine US in Spine Endoscopy techniques. Dr He had extensive training in minimally invasive spine surgery. Dr He is a member of North American Spine Society (NASS), Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS), and American Society Of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP). Dr He is affiliated with Overlook Medical Center and Hudson Regional Hospital.
