Anh L. Ngo, MD MBA, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a Harvard-trained interventional pain medicine physician at Pain Specialty Group in Newmarket and Newington, New Hampshire. Dr Granger is is an Army veteran who was honorably discharged in 1988. Dr Granger was born in Washington , D.C. and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University in 1992.
