Thomas Bills, MD, PhD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery and general orthopaedics at Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics in Hamilton, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He is one of the founders of MBO.

Dr. Bills grew up in Trenton, New Jersey. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Syracuse University in New York. He then moved to Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to complete a PhD in pharmacology and a Doctor of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College, now the Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia.

He received advanced training in pediatric orthopaedics at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia; Trauma at Robert Wood Johnson Trauma Center in New Jersey; Joint Replacement at the Hospital for Special Surgery; Osteoporosis at Cornell Medical School; and Bone Tumor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, New York.

Dr. Bills is an active staff member of Capital Health Systems and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and an active attending staff at Lawrence Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceville.

He is an associate staff member at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He serves on the research staff as a visiting scientist at The Hospital for Special Surgery in the Department of Orthopaedic Research at Cornell Medical School in New York City, New York.

He is a consulting staff physician at the Metabolic Bone Disease Service and Osteoporosis Center in the Hospital for Special Surgery at Cornell Medical School in New York City.

Dr. Bills is a member of the National Osteoporosis Foundation and a recognized Certified Fracture Liaison. He is a member of the International Osteoporosis Foundation and the International Society of Clinical Densitometry, where he maintains special certification as a Clinical Densitometrist.

Fredric Kleinbart, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon working closely with patients at Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, with offices in Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Princeton, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania. 

He was the former director of sports medicine and was an active member at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is an associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine. 

He has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine, and for the last five years, he has been an associate master instructor of arthroscopy at the Ortho​​paedic Learning Center, which allows him to teach arthroscopies nationally. 

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Kleinbart completed his residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Kingsbrook Jewish- Beth Israel Medical Centers and his sports medicine fellowship at Temple University Hospital. 

Dr. Kleinbart’s USA Olympic experience includes serving as the orthopaedic surgeon at the San Diego Olympic training center, as a ringside physician for USA Boxing, and a ringside physician for the Olympic boxing trials. 

He was the head orthopaedic surgeon and co-team physician for Drexel University. He was also the orthopaedic consultant for the American Repertory Ballet and the Princeton Ballet School and has a long history as a team physician for various collegiate and high school teams. 

Dr. Kleinbart has been instrumental in creating specialty sports clinics, including the Arts Medicine Center, the Women’s Sports Medicine Center, and the Pediatric Sports Medicine clinics at Hahnemann University Hospital and the Drexel University College of Medicine. 

Dr. Kleinbart established the Hahnemann University Hospital and Drexel Sports Medicine Arthroscopy lab and is an associate master instructor for various national arthroscopy courses. Currently, he is the Medical Director at Mercer County Surgery Center. 

He frequently lectures on such varied topics as “The Weekend Warrior,” “The Female Athlete," and “Common Orthopaedic Injuries”. He has a special interest in shoulder and knee reconstruction and the Female Triad.

John P. Nolan, Jr., MD, is board-certified in both orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. He is one of the founders of Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, with offices in Hamilton, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Nolan grew up in Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania, and attended La Salle University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, where he earned an appointment as a clinical instructor and completed additional post-residency training in sports medicine at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Nolan was appointed clinical instructor at the orthopaedic division of Laser Centers of America, where he developed laser instruments for use in arthroscopy. 

He has served on the medical executive committee of Capital Health (2002), the Board of Directors at Mercer County Surgical Center (2001-2012), and was the founding director of Ortho​​paedic Trauma at St. Mary Medical Center from 2012-2016. 

Dr. Nolan was one of the first surgeons in the Mercer Bucks area to perform outpatient total hip and knee replacements, as well as the use of computer navigation and robotic-assisted joint replacements. 

He currently serves on the medical advisory board of the Wellness Center at RWJ Hamilton.

David S. Eingorn, MD, is a board-certified ortho​​paedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery and general orthopaedics. He is one of the founders of Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, with offices in Hamilton, and Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Eingorn graduated with his bachelor's degree in biology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in the same city. 

His internship in surgery was carried out at the Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania’s Medical Center and followed by his orthopaedic residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. 

Dr. Eingorn has received recognition as a "top doc" in the region and holds the Universal Halo patent, which is used internationally for fractured spines. He also invented a hip jig for the DePuy Total Hip system. 

Dr. Eingorn continues to stay on top of the newest technologies in the field of ortho​​paedics. He is one of the few surgeons in the area that has trained and performs robotic-assisted surgeries. Orin Atlas, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of neck and back disorders in Hainesport, New Jersey. As the owner and medical director of Atlas Spine, Dr. Atlas sees children and adults of all ages for joint diseases and reconstruction of the spine and provides conservative and surgical care for back and neck pain. 

Dr. Atlas began his education at the University of Vermont where he earned his bachelor’s degree before attending medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), now Rutgers University, in Newark, New Jersey. During his time at UMDNJ, Dr. Atlas was a member of the National Medical Honor Society.  

After earning his medical doctorate, Dr. Atlas completed his orthopedic training at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Atlas is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and focuses exclusively on spinal care. He is actively involved in medical research and has co-authored multiple publications. He is a member of The North American Spine Society, The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and sits on the board of directors for The New Jersey State Spine Society. Larry Deutsch, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Coastal Spine, with offices in Mount Laurel, Sewell, Galloway, Wall Township, and Vineland New Jersey. He is fellowship trained and specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery.

Dr. Deutsch has specialized in spine surgery for more than 25 years. After attending the University of New York at Albany, he earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, New York. He remained in New York for his residency and fellowship, training at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and New York Orthopedic Hospital. 

As the European Consultant for Pediatric and Orthopedic Spine Surgery at Landstuhl Army Regional Medical Center in Germany, Dr. Deutsch went on special assignments in Moscow, Russia, and Iraq. This service earned him several medals and two bronze campaign stars. He also served as head of the Interdisciplinary Spine Service at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey, for 10 years.

Adding to his experience, Dr. Deutsch was an adjunct instructor of orthopedic surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College, Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He co-founded the Cooper Shriner Spine Fellowship Program and trained orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in spine surgery.

Kam Momi, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Coastal Spine, with offices in Mount Laurel, Sewell, Galloway, Wall Township, and Vineland New Jersey. His focus is exclusively on the neck and spine. 

After earning his bachelor’s at Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Momi completed his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. His post-graduate internship brought him to Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, followed by a residency in orthopedics at New Jersey Medical School, now operated by Rutgers University. Finally, he completed a fellowship in spine surgery at the prestigious New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Dr. Momi is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society. Mark Testaiuti, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Coastal Spine, with locations in Mount Laurel, Sewell, Galloway, Wall Township, and Vineland New Jersey. Dr. Testaiuti specializes exclusively in spine care and complex spinal surgery. 

Dr. Testaiuti earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, he completed his residency in neurological surgery at the Albert Einstein Medical College - Montefiore Medical Center in The Bronx, New York City, where he was chief resident. Following this In-Residency Fellowship, Dr. Testaiuti joined the Cooper Health System’s Neurosurgery division at Robert Wood University Hospital, now operated by Rutgers Health,  and became an assistant professor of Neurosurgery. He earned Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery and remained such until entering private practice in 2002. Dr. Testaiuti co-founded the Cooper Shriner Spine Fellowship Program and trained orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons in spine surgery.

Dr. Testaiuti has been on staff at Virtua Health since 1998, where he partnered to develop Virtua Marlton’s spine program. Seth Scholl, DO, is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Coastal Spine, with offices in Mount Laurel, Sewell, Galloway, Wall Township, and Vineland New Jersey. He deals solely with the minimally invasive treatment of neck and back pain. 

An expert in prescribing physical therapy and diagnosing musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Scholl carefully compares your medical history, physical exam, and radiological studies to determine a diagnosis. Your treatment plan will then be laid out to you in great detail and be vetted in an attempt to avoid surgery. 

Dr. Scholl studied at Binghamton University in New York and earned his medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glen Head, New York. He then completed his internship at Long Beach Medical Center in New York, followed by his residency at Temple University - MossRehab Hospitals in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Marc Menkowitz, MD, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon who specializes in the operative and nonoperative treatment of adult and pediatric spinal disorders. He provides care to patients at the Center for the Functional Restoration of the Spine in Shrewsbury, Toms River, and Edison, New Jersey.

Dr. Menkowitz started his education at The Hill School, a prestigious secondary boarding school in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and earned his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, also in Philadelphia. He completed his orthopaedic surgery training at the Monmouth Medical Center, one of the oldest programs in New Jersey. Afterward, Dr. Menkowitz completed his spine surgery fellowship at The New York Spine Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. 

Upon completing his fellowship, he moved back to Monmouth County, New Jersey, and together with another fellowship-trained spine surgeon, they established the Center for the Functional Restoration of the Spine. Concurrently, he was appointed to the academic committee of the Monmouth Orthopaedic Surgery program. He is also an assistant professor at Drexel University College of Medicine.

Courtney Ellenberger, NP-C, MSN, RN, RNFA is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurse First Assist. She completed her undergraduate nursing education at Seton Hall University and continued on to earn her Masters Degree in Nursing at Monmouth University. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Monmouth Medical Center where she did a majority of her work in Orthopedic Surgery.

Steve Paragioudakis, MD, is an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon at the Center for the Functional Restoration of the Spine, with locations in Shrewsbury, Toms River, and Edison, New Jersey.

Dr. Paragioudakis received his Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University and his medical degree from the Rutgers School of Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS), formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Paragioudakis completed his internship and residency program at the RBHS in the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Department of Orthopaedics.

Conor Dunn, MD, is a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon at Coastal Spine, with offices in
Mount Laurel, Sewell, Galloway, Wall Township, and Vineland New Jersey. 
After attending the prestigious Regis High School in New York City he earned his bachelor’s degree
at The College of New Jersey. Dr. Dunn remained in New Jersey for his medical degree at Rutgers,
New Jersey Medical School. He then completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at St. Joseph’s
University Medical Center in Paterson. Finally, he completed a fellowship in spine surgery at The
Texas Back Institute, in Plano, Texas. 
Dr. Dunn treats the neck and spine and focuses on a conservative first approach, recommending
surgical intervention only when absolutely necessary. When surgery is warranted, Dr. Dunn prefers
minimally-invasive techniques and motion sparing solutions such as disc replacement over fusion.  
As a member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons, Dr. Dunn has presented his published research at various international meetings for the
