Dr. Keith Rinkus is a Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon specializing in treatments of the Lumbar, Thoracic, and Cervical regions of the Spine. He later received his Medical Degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. During medical school, Dr. Rinkus was the recipient of the Wake Forest Medical Alumni scholarship and was granted a National Institutes of Health Young Investigators Research Fellowship. 

In Dr. Rinkus’ pursuit of excellence, he completed an Orthopaedic Internship and Residency at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA where he received the Pfizer Scholars in Pain Management Award. He also completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery at Emory University Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Rinkus is Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as the North American Spine Society.

About Qasim M. Husain, MD

Dr. Qasim M. Husain is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at the Orthocenter. He received advanced training in the surgical and non-surgical management of the entire range of spinal disorders from degenerative conditions to complex spinal deformity. Dr. Husain has also undergone training in minimally invasive techniques, such as 'micro' surgery and percutaneous instrumentation, to address a variety of spinal disorders.

Dr. Husain received his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from Cornell University and went to the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University for his medical education. There he graduated with an M.D. degree with Recognition in Research and stayed on-board to complete his Surgical Internship as well as his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. As a junior resident he received the "Outstanding Resident" of the year award and was appointed as the Chief Administrative Resident in his final year.

Following residency, Dr. Husain was accepted to the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases to complete his Fellowship training in Spine Surgery. There he was trained in the surgical and non-operative management of the full spectrum of spinal conditions by several of the pioneers in the field. Throughout his career, Dr. Husain has been actively involved in research and academics. Dr. Husain has multiple publications on a variety of topics related to spine surgery in peer-reviewed journals as well as textbooks.

Dr. Husain is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and an active member of the North American Spine Society.

Dr. Menkowitz started his education at The Hill School, a prestigious secondary boarding school in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and earned his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, also in Philadelphia. He completed his orthopaedic surgery training at the Monmouth Medical Center, one of the oldest programs in New Jersey. Afterward, Dr. Menkowitz completed his spine surgery fellowship at The New York Spine Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. 

Upon completing his fellowship, he moved back to Monmouth County, New Jersey, and together with another fellowship-trained spine surgeon, they established the Center for the Functional Restoration of the Spine. Concurrently, he was appointed to the academic committee of the Monmouth Orthopaedic Surgery program. He is also an assistant professor at Drexel University College of Medicine.

Dr. Menkowitz has co-authored several articles pertaining to spinal surgery, which have been presented at international meetings. His areas of expertise include the operative and nonoperative treatment of adult and pediatric spinal deformity, disc herniations, degenerative conditions of the spine, tumors, and sports-related injuries.

He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, where he earned an appointment as a clinical instructor and completed additional post-residency training in sports medicine at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. 

Dr. Nolan was appointed clinical instructor at the orthopaedic division of Laser Centers of America, where he developed laser instruments for use in arthroscopy. 

He has served on the medical executive committee of Capital Health (2002), the Board of Directors at Mercer County Surgical Center (2001-2012), and was the founding director of Ortho​​paedic Trauma at St. Mary Medical Center from 2012-2016. 

Dr. Nolan was one of the first surgeons in the Mercer Bucks area to perform outpatient total hip and knee replacements, as well as the use of computer navigation and robotic-assisted joint replacements.
