Dr. Tani was born and raised in the Aloha State of Hawaii. He attended a school for ethnic Hawaiians and then traveled to Missouri, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Education. He then worked as a flight attendant before being accepted into medical school in Hawaii.

Dr. Gargulinski is a graduate of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After completing his undergraduate education, he attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri.
While in college, he suffered a severe injury while playing football. This incident inspired him to specialize in orthopedic medicine, and he completed his residency at Michigan State University/Mt. Clemens Regional Center in Mount Clemens, Michigan (now known as McLaren Macomb). Later, he also completed his fellowship in sports medicine at OASIS MSO Inc in San Diego, California. During this time, he was mentored directly by David Chao, MD, a leading surgeon at OasisMD.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gargulinski has served as team physician for various sports, including football and rugby. He is experienced in treating cases in professional athletes, as well as on collegiate or high school teams.
An active member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, Dr. Gargulinski is also dedicated to helping his patients recover from the effects of injury or arthritis. He strives to help patients achieve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Dr. Gargulinski provides his patients with the compassionate, expert care they need to improve their quality of life.
As a dedicated athlete, Dr. Gargulinski enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and beach activities. When not assisting patients, he can often be found spending time with his wife and son in the great outdoors.

Dr. Jon Kelly has been providing patients in the San Diego, CA, area with top-quality orthopedic care for more than 25 years, entering private practice after completing his service as a naval commander with the U.S. Navy in 1995. At his state-of-the-art practice in Carlsbad, CA, Dr. Kelly provides care for patients throughout Southern California, including patients from Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.
Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Kelly performs comprehensive evaluations of joint and orthopaedic injuries and diseases as well as advanced surgical care for knee injuries, shoulder injuries, and injuries to minor joints of the hands, wrists, ankles and feet. Skilled in both traditional “open” surgical procedures as well as minimally-invasive arthroscopic techniques, he is committed to offering his patients the broadest range of care options based on each patient's unique medical needs, overall health and recovery goals. In addition to surgery, Dr. Kelly also provides patients with corticosteroid joint injections to reduce pain and improve flexibility, and injections of platelet-rich plasma to speed recovery following injury or surgery.
After earning his medical degree from Tulane University, School of Medicine, Dr. Kelly completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the Children's Hospital of New Mexico. In addition to performing evaluations, surgery and other treatments for a wide array of joint and orthopaedic injuries, Dr. Kelly has extensive experience conducting independent medical exams, qualified medical exams, and agreed medical exams and has served as an expert witness for cases requiring advanced orthopaedic expertise. Dedicated to expanding his skills and knowledge of novel and emerging methods of care, Dr. Kelly maintains active memberships in the American Medical Association, the California Medical Association, the California Orthopaedic Association, the Western Orthopaedic Association, and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Kelly welcomes new patients, and his office accepts major insurance plans. He speaks both English and German fluently.
Dr. Samuel W. Park is a board-certified orthpaedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee arthroplasty. Dr. Park is a Harvard Fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon, and the first surgeon on the West Coast to utilize robotic technology for knee arthroplasties. The combination of Dr. Park's extensive surgical experience and innovative robotic resources ensures a higher recovery rate while minimizing post-operative infection reports. Dr. Park also serves as the Medical Director of the Joint Replacement Department at Providence Mission Hospital. Given his in-depth clinical knowledge and extensive surgical experience with robotic technology, he serves as a mentor to orthopaedic surgeons who wish to learn more about the use of robotics. Dr. Samuel W. Park is a Southern California native and grew up in the city of La Canada Flintridge. When not in OR, you are most likely to find him outdoors, tracking down his lost golf balls or with a fishing pole in hand.
Dr. Eidt is a specialist and expert in caring for patients with sports injuries including complex shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle problems. His expertise is in the arthroscopic management of sports injuries. Dr. Eidt is double board certified in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine as well as General Orthopaedic Surgery. He attended the military medical school, Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD, where he was elected to the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA). His undergraduate degree in economics with a chemistry minor, was completed at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. As a result of 16 years of service in the U.S. Army Dr. Eidt has an extensive practice caring for both pediatric and adult patients with complex traumatic injuries.
Dr. Eidt was deployed several times through his Army career. Notably he spent a year on the 38th parallel at the DMZ in South Korea. He was deployed in combat and assigned to the 173rd Airborne Division at a forward operating base with the 2nd FST (a forward surgical team) in Afghanistan, as well as assignments to hospitals in Kandahar and Bagram. Because of his excellent care of both military and civilian casualties under combat conditions in Afghanistan, Dr. Eidt was awarded the Bronze Star.
Dr. Eidt is the orthopaedic consultant and team physician for St. Margaret's Episcopal School's lacrosse and football teams. He has supported Trabuco Hills High School and JSerra Catholic School as their team physician. He was a faculty member for the U.S Army’s primary care sports medicine fellowship. He has also been team physician for the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division wrestling tournaments as well as many other local and regional sports competitions. Dr. Eidt came with his family to Southern California and began his practice in Mission Viejo after a 16 year Army career.
