Ashley Perenich is a highly skilled Physician Assistant at the Spine Institute of Florida, where she works closely with Dr. Nicholas Perenich and the rest of the surgical team to provide exceptional care to patients. Ashley earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine and has since specialized in orthopedics and spine surgery.
As a Physician Assistant, Ashley is responsible for performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating injuries and illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and assisting in surgical procedures. She is passionate about helping patients understand their condition and treatment options, and works closely with them to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

Jeffrey A. Silverstein, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and hip and knee reconstruction specialist at 360 Orthopedics in Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. He specializes in general orthopedics and joint replacement.

John D. Hand, M.D.
John Hand, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in care of the upper extremity. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Syracuse. His residency followed at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hand then completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Western York. Britanny Nichols, PA
Britanny Nichols is a board-certified physician assistant to Dr. Brian Schofield. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2010, and received her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2013.
