Duke Hasson, M.D. is an orthopaedic surgeon fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstructive surgery. Navid Ghalambor, MD, is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in shoulder, elbow and wrist surgeries, with special emphasis on the treatment of shoulder and elbow conditions. He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California - Keck School of Medicine. He subsequently completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Southern California – Los Angeles County Medical Center. Dr. Ghalambor underwent fellowship training in shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction at the renowned Harvard Shoulder Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brigham and Woman’s Hospital in Boston. He also underwent an adult arthritis and reconstruction fellowship at the UCLA/Orthopaedic Hospital in Los Angeles.
Dr. Navid Ghalambor was awarded the graduate research fellowship during his medical school training at USC. During his orthopaedic surgery training at USC, he was chosen by the faculty to be a chief resident of the program, which was one of the largest orthopaedic residencies in the country. Dr. Eidt is a specialist and expert in caring for patients with sports injuries including complex shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle problems. His expertise is in the arthroscopic management of sports injuries. Dr. Eidt is double board certified in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine as well as General Orthopaedic Surgery. He attended the military medical school, Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD, where he was elected to the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA). His undergraduate degree in economics with a chemistry minor, was completed at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. As a result of 16 years of service in the U.S. Army Dr. Eidt has an extensive practice caring for both pediatric and adult patients with complex traumatic injuries.
Dr. Eidt was deployed several times through his Army career. Notably he spent a year on the 38th parallel at the DMZ in South Korea. He was deployed in combat and assigned to the 173rd Airborne Division at a forward operating base with the 2nd FST (a forward surgical team) in Afghanistan, as well as assignments to hospitals in Kandahar and Bagram. Because of his excellent care of both military and civilian casualties under combat conditions in Afghanistan, Dr. Eidt was awarded the Bronze Star.
Dr. Eidt is the orthopaedic consultant and team physician for St. Margaret's Episcopal School's lacrosse and football teams. He has supported Trabuco Hills High School and JSerra Catholic School as their team physician. He was a faculty member for the U.S Army’s primary care sports medicine fellowship. He has also been team physician for the U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division wrestling tournaments as well as many other local and regional sports competitions. David Eldringhoff, MD, is a leader in sports medicine, hip, knee, and shoulder surgery, and the care of the injured athlete. He is skilled in orthopedic surgery and cares for patients in the Los Angeles area at Samimi Orthopedic Group in Brentwood, West Covina, and Sherman Oaks, California.
Dr. Eldringhoff was raised in Kansas City, Kansas. He attended Kansas State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in 2008 with a major in chemistry and minors in physics and microbiology. Dr. Eldringhoff has extensive and specialized training in orthopedic surgery, joint replacements, fracture care, sports medicine, and hip arthroscopy. His emphasis is on arthroscopic and open surgery of the hip, shoulder, elbow, and knee.
He has a unique interest in arthroscopic treatment of hip pathology that may one day be shown to prevent or delay the onset of hip arthritis in adolescent, young adult, and adult hips. Dr. Eldringhoff addresses hip impingement and labral tears with arthroscopic labral repair, using bioabsorbable bone anchors similar to those used in shoulder surgery. He also removes the bony abnormalities associated with this condition entirely through the arthroscope.
Dr. Eldringhoff also performs total joint replacement for patients with advanced hip, shoulder, and knee arthritis that cannot be treated with arthroscopy. For hip replacements, he utilizes the newest anterior approach, improving post-operative pain and providing quicker recovery.
