Dr. Chase, a native of Philadelphia, PA, completed his education and training at Temple University in Philadelphia and Loyola University in Chicago. He has been living and working in the US Virgin Islands since 2000.
Dr. Chase completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and shoulder surgery at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he focused on the arthroscopic treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
