Dr. Pollack strives to exhaust conservative treatment measures, including injections, home exercises, physical therapy, rest and activity modification, for all my patients prior to recommending and pursuing surgical treatments.
My approach to surgery is always as a last resort for my patients. When necessary, I employ the most current and minimally invasive techniques to minimize pain and accelerate recovery. I specialize in shoulder arthroscopy including rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, biceps tenodesis, SLAP repairs and shoulder stabilizations. I also specialize in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery, total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty and knee arthroplasty.
I received my training in orthopedic surgery in New York City at St. Luke’s-RooseveltHospital Center and pursued advanced fellowship training in shoulder and arthroscopic surgery at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. I’ve been in practice for more than 20 years and I’m most proud of the tens of thousands of patients I have helped and thousands of successful surgeries I have performed.
I’m also proud to have been named a New Jersey Monthly Top Doctor three times and also a New Jersey Monthly Bone and Joint Select Surgeon the last four years running. I am very clear, compassionate and direct with my patients and treat them as I’d treat a family member or friend. My favorite part of my job is restoring my patients to a high quality of life and helping them return to their desired recreational activities and passions.
In my free time I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife, two teenage daughters and dogs Daisy and Peri. I also enjoy exercise and travel.
Eric Gordon, MD, boasts a strong work ethic, expert training, and a compassionate bedside manner while serving patients throughout the Flemington and Bridgewater, New Jersey, communities. Through his work with the team at MidJersey Orthopaedics, Dr. Gordon focuses on total knee replacements, partial knee replacements, total hip replacements, and more.
Dr. Gordon attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, for his undergraduate studies. He moved on to Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City for medical school. After graduation, Dr. Gordon completed his residency training at New York Orthopedic Hospital and New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in Manhattan, New York. He then underwent additional fellowship training in adult reconstruction at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Lenox Hill Hospital also located in Manhattan.
Dr. Gordon is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Gordon holds a faculty appointment at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, New Jersey.

As a highly-trained board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Richard Chang, MD, has established himself as one of the leading orthopedists in the area. As part of the team at MidJersey Orthopaedics in Flemington and Bridgewater, New Jersey, Dr. Chang treats a wide variety of disorders of both the lower and upper extremities, including the knee, hip, ankle, shoulders, and more.
Dr. Chang obtained his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, graduating with honors. He then completed medical school at the New York University School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Chang underwent his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University and the Rothman Institute, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as well as Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware, and Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.
Dr. Chang then completed several fellowships, including hand and upper extremity, shoulder, and pediatric hand and upper extremity care at multiple hospitals throughout New York City and Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Chang is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Somerset County Medical Society and the Contractor Advisory Committee for Novitas Medicare JL Region. In addition, he serves as the President and on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Orthopedic Society, and has been recognized as a New Jersey Top Doctor by NJ Top Docs. Dr. Chang has also earned the distinction of being recognized in Castle Connolly’s list of America’s Top Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Arit Onyile is a dedicated podiatric physician committed to delivering exceptional foot and ankle care. She earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University and holds a Master of Pubnlic Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from Drexel University. Dr. Onyile completed an intensive residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA) at SUNY Stony Brook in Long Island, NY .
