Dr. Navasartian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general biology and a Master of Science degree in biology from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Qasim M. Husain is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at the Orthocenter. About Steven Friedel, MD

Dr. Bloomstein completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. During residency Dr. Bloomstein’s training included Pediatric Orthopaedics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Orthopaedic Trauma at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. 

Following Residency, Dr. Bloomstein completed his first Fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery at the University of Tennessee Campbell Clinic in Memphis, TN. During his Fellowship, Dr. Bloomstein was part of a relief mission to help the earthquake victims in Haiti in 2010. In a five-day period, the team of eight orthopaedic surgeons operated on over fifty patients who survived the earthquake. After finishing undergrad, he went on to Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with his Doctor of Medicine.

Dr. Wang stayed at Drexel University College of Medicine for his orthopaedic surgery residency, which he completed in conjunction with the Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also finished a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Daniel Torino, MD, is a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon with a wide range of expertise. With a passion for improving patients' lives, Dr. Torino brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to MidJersey Orthopaedics, practicing out of the Washington and Bridgewater, New Jersey, locations.

Dr. Torino completed his undergraduate studies at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He continued to Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies, where he obtained his medical degree. Following medical school, he completed an internship in General Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and a residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA. To further refine his skills, Dr. Torino completed a fellowship at Allegheny Health Network Drexel University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Torino specializes in Minimally Invasive Direct Anterior Hip Replacement, Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction, Minimally Invasive Partial Knee Replacement, Computer Navigation and Robotic Assisted Surgery, Revision Arthroplasty, General Orthopaedics, and Trauma. He is an active member of prominent professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the Eastern Orthopaedics Society, and the American Medical Association.
