Dr. Ojeyemi is passionate about developing the latest techniques in minimally invasive spinal procedures while removing the pain source from degenerated spines. He’s proud to be an active member of renowned medical societies, including the North Atlantic Spine Society, AOSpine, the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Committed to finding alternatives to traditional open spinal surgeries, Dr. Ojeyemi specializes in endoscopic and laser thermodiskoplasty, and motion preservation and percutaneous fusion. He regularly performs orthopedic trauma surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot surgery, and complex open and minimally invasive spinal procedures.
Dr. Ojeyemi lectures worldwide on minimally invasive spinal techniques. When he’s not at Orthopedic & Wellness, Dr. Ojeyemi travels to African countries like Nigeria to do humanitarian medical work. On these missions, he and his compassionate team provide advanced orthopedic care to trauma survivors and children with deformities.

I have served in the capacity of chief of surgery, President and Vice president of the medical executive committee, Chaired the credential committee and coordinate Morbidity and Mortality.

Dr. Guidi is the Co-Director of our Regenerative Medicine group, RegenMD, which is an Orthobiologics Sports Medicine Center that offers a wide range of Regenerative options of treatment.
Dr. Guidi completed his undergraduate schooling at Bucknell University as Magna Cum Laude in 1982. He began medical school at Albany Medical College of Union University where he was in the top tier of his class as Cum Laude.
Following the attainment of his MD at Albany Medical, Dr. Guidi enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, in order to accomplish his internship of medicine. He soon after went on to his Orthopedic Residency at the Hospital of Joint Diseases in New York, NY and then Sports Medicine Fellowship at Georgetown University’s Arlington Hospital and the Virginia Sports Medicine Institute from 1992-1993.
Dr. Guidi has been in the DMV area for over 25 years treating patients as a Certified Physician on the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He has worked alongside physicians with many of the areas high schools, Washington Redskins, and the U.S. Military. His past experiences have led him on an incredible journey of exponential knowledge of Regenerative Sports Medicine, that is at the forefront of treatment across the entire world.
