Bradley Goeke, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Bluewater Orthopedics in Crestview and Niceville, Florida. Dr. Goeke joined Bluewater Orthopedics after nine years of active service in the United States Air Force. During his service, he was in Korea for one year and then spent eight years at Eglin Air Force Base. He also served his country with tours of duty in Iraq, Qatar, and Afghanistan.

Dr. Goeke is a United States Air Force Academy distinguished graduate. He graduated from Tulane Medical School and received his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Arkansas. Creighton C. Tubb, M.D. is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery and maintains a subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Tubb earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington and Adult Reconstructive / Joint Replacement fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Ezra Berkowitz, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County, with locations in Atlantis, Boynton Beach, and Wellington, Florida.

Originally from Roselyn, New York, Dr. Berkowitz received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in New York City. He later taught chemistry and physics at LaGuardia High School in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of New York.

Dr. Espinoza joined the Orthopedic Center for Sports Medicine (OCSM) in 2003 after completing his sports medicine fellowship at the University of California San Diego. He graduated from LSU Medical School in 1997, followed by his residency at the LSU Orthopedic Department from 1997 – 2002. Dr. Espinoza is currently double board certified in the practice of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and served as the chief orthopaedic surgeon for New Orleans AAA baseball for over 15 years. Robert G. “Bo” Lewis, MD is the founder of Coastal Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine and has been specializing in shoulder surgery since 2006.  Dr. Lewis is a board-certified, fellowship-trained shoulder surgeon specializing in arthroscopic shoulder surgery & Sports Medicine.

Although a specialist in Orthopaedic arthroscopy, Dr. Lewis’ has his roots in business.  He graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Risk Management.  Following a couple of years of real-world business experience working in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Lewis obtained his medical degree at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine.  He completed his general surgery internship and Orthopaedic residency at the Medical College of Georgia and then went on to obtain advanced training in shoulder surgery completing his fellowship in shoulder surgery at McCluskey Orthopaedic Surgery.

Prior to establishing Coastal Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine, Dr. Lewis was the founder of Columbus Shoulder Surgery & Sports Medicine, former co-director of the St. Francis Orthopaedic Institute Shoulder service line and director of the St. Francis Orthopaedic Institute Sports Medicine service line.

Having performed greater than 10,000 arthroscopic procedures in thousands of patients, he has established his expertise in arthroscopic surgeries, and in particular the shoulder.  His most common shoulder procedures include rotator cuff repair, labral repairs, biceps tenodesis and superior capsular reconstructions.  He and his anesthesia team, have championed a new approach of shoulder surgery without general anesthesia.
