Dr. Yoram Kohanzadeh is a graduate of UMDNJ's Orthodontic program, now known as Rutgers University Hospital. He obtained both his DDS and BS from UCLA. Dr. Kohanzadeh prioritizes clear communication to make sure the best possible treatment outcome is obtained. He is energetic and greatly enjoys orthodontics and working with his patients to deliver them their unique smile and to positively reinforce their self image. Throughout his career, Dr. Gialamas has gained extensive experience performing and teaching arthroscopic procedures, including rotator cuff and labral repair, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, and microfracture. Additionally, he has considerable expertise in hip and knee replacement surgery and fracture treatment.
He earned his Bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University and his Medical Doctorate from The University of Health Science-Chicago Medical School. Dr. Gialamas then completed a research fellowship at the Harrington Arthritis Research Center in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by a core general surgical internship at the University of California, San Francisco. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery there in 1992. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
After completing his training, Dr. Gialamas moved to San Clemente, where he co-founded Sea View Orthopaedics. He served as Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery, Chief of Surgery, and Chief of Staff at Saddleback Memorial San Clemente Hospital. He was also on the active staff at Mission Hospital and Children's Hospital in Mission Viejo, California.

He is a member of the Board of Operation Rainbow, a non-profit organization dedicated to performing free orthopedic surgeries for indigent children in developing countries worldwide who do not have access to necessary medical procedures or equipment. He is also a founding member of the Board of Directors for the American Freestyle Motocross Association. In addition, Dr. Gialamas served as a team physician for Saddleback College and San Clemente High School and is a board member for the San Clemente Boys and Girls Club. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Gialamas enjoys spending time with his family whenever possible.

Dr. Brahmbhatt grew up in New York. He attended Columbia University's College of Dental Medicine in New York City. During dental school, he was admitted to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. He then stayed at Columbia University to pursue a three-year residency to specialize in Orthodontics. During residency he served as chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction achieved by the top 30% of orthodontists.

Dr. Kunnel earned his dental degree at Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, where he also completed his residency in advanced general dentistry and earned his Master of Science in Biomaterials. He then went on to the University of Illinois, where he completed specialty training in Orthodontics and earned a master’s in Oral Biology. During that time, he also completed a PhD in Bone Biology at Northwestern University Medical School.
Dr. Kunnel is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He’s also a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the International Association of Dental Research, and the American Association of Orthodontics.
In addition to his clinic work at RISUS Orthodontics, Dr. Kunnel is also active in teaching the next generation of orthodontics. He’s currently an assistant professor at Northwestern University Medical School, and he has spent time teaching at Northwestern University Dental School and in the department of orthodontics at the University of Illinois and Marquette University in Milwaukee.
