Dr. Rayher attended college at the University of California at San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in bio-engineering while being elected to the prestigious engineering honor society, Tau Beta Pi.
After moving back to the Bay Area, Dr. Rayher earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) degrees from the University of California at San Francisco.
