Dr. Elias is originally from Windsor, Ontario, and graduated from Wayne State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in health and nutrition science. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, she was accepted into Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and graduated with her Doctor of Optometry in May 2018. During her final year of optometry school, she had the opportunity to work with low vision patients to help the legally blind with daily activities using telescopes and magnifiers, specialty contact lenses to treat diseases such as keratoconus.

During her rotations, Dr. Elias also had the opportunity to work at John Dingell VA hospital in Michigan and Lake City VA hospital in Florida. Working with many veterans, she became knowledgeable and proficient in diagnosing and treating dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and many more ocular diseases.

Dr. Garrison graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1998. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science at Western Michigan University in 1992. Dr. Garrison joined Riverfront Eyecare in 2018 and has been practicing in both the Flint and Saginaw locations.

In her free time, Dr. Garrison enjoys hiking, playing piano, and playing the oboe. She also spends her time with her three sons as they compete in baseball, wrestling and football.

Dr. Laura Lane, is a true Flint Doctor who grew up in the area, graduating from Davison High School, and receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Ferris State University. Since then she has practiced for the past 20 years in and around the area. She continues to enjoy taking care of new patients of all ages and lives here with her two daughters.

Dr. Moliterno graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry with highest distinction in 2012. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Ferris State University in 2008. As a 2005 graduate of Birch Run High School, Dr. Moliterno is happy to be caring for patients in her hometown. She has practiced at Riverfront Eyecare in Saginaw since 2015. Dr. Moliterno enjoys all aspects of optometry and is especially interested in primary care, contact lenses, and ocular disease care. She is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

In her free time, Dr. Moliterno enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She likes to golf, play basketball, read and go up north.

Dr. Melisa David has practiced with Riverfront Eyecare for 16 years. She is a 1998 graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry. She practices primary care optometry, the fitting of contact lenses, the co-management of ocular surgery, and is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. She is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the Saginaw Valley Optometric Association. She also provides eye care services to patients of local nursing homes in the area. Her hometown is Bay City, Michigan where she still resides with her husband Trevor and their four children. She enjoys coaching volleyball, fishing, hunting and outdoor activities with her family. She also enjoys watching her children’s sporting events. Leila Siblani graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Biological Sciences, and later went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2015. She completed her internships specializing in primary eye care, ocular disease and specialty contact lens wear at the John D Dingell VA medical center, Kresge Eye Institute of Detroit and the Illinois Eye Institute. She provides comprehensive eye care to patients aged 4 and older including diabetic eye care, management of glaucoma, macular degeneration, various eye infections, dry eye disease, a wide range of anterior segment disease and also assists with post-operative cataract care.

 Dr. Manal Peracha-Riyaz is the newest board certified ophthalmologist to join Eye Surgeons Associates. She graduated from the University of Michigan with high honors and then attended medical school at Wayne State University. She completed her ophthalmology residency and glaucoma fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

Dr. Peracha-Riyaz provides the latest and most up to date treatments including advanced cataract surgery and medical and surgical care of glaucoma. Above all else, Dr. Peracha-Riyaz prides herself on providing the most compassionate care to each and every patient.

She recently relocated back to Michigan from Washington D.C., where she was named a Washingtonian Top Doctor. She is married with a young daughter and loves spending time with her family. Zuhair Hanif Peracha, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Surgeons Associates in Canton, Monroe, and Livonia, Michigan.
