Sabina Oboukova, DO, is an experienced optometrist in the Bronx, New York, and a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. After completing his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, Dr. Patel earned his doctor of optometry degree from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Pinkhasova earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New York State Optometric Association. Dr. Lacsina attended optometry school at S.U.N.Y College of Optometry, in New York City, and graduated in 2006 having 14 years of experience. He completed an ocular disease and ocular surgery externship at OMNI Eye Services, located in Iselin, New Jersey, followed by an ocular disease externship at VA Extended Care Facility in St. Albans, New York.
He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of refractive conditions including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia.
