Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dr. Kelly attended Stuyvesant High School in Lower Manhattan and earned his undergraduate and medical school degrees at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Dr. George Tung is a board certified Ophthalmologist with more than30 years of experience. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from City College of New York and received his MD degree from Cornell University in 1983.
