James Kelly, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care & Surgery in New York City, which has two locations in Washington Heights, Manhattan, and another near the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, right across the street from Yankee Stadium. Dr. Kelly specializes in treating numerous eye disorders, including dry eyes, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dr. Kelly attended Stuyvesant High School in Lower Manhattan and earned his undergraduate and medical school degrees at Georgetown University in Washington DC. He completed a surgical internship at New York’s Maimonides Medical Center in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Jeremy M. Cotliar is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Eye Care & Surgery in New York City, which has two locations in Washington Heights, Manhattan, and another near the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, right across the street from Yankee Stadium. Dr. Cotliar specializes in glaucoma surgery, manual and laser-assisted cataract surgery, refractive surgery (LASIK and PRK), and premium intraocular lens (IOL) technology. Dr. Cotliar received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College in New York.
