“It's incredibly frustrating to be told to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment, only to have a five-minute eye exam, then sit for over an hour in the waiting room, to be moved to an exam room to sit for 10 minutes. Then spend less than five minutes being examined by the doctor. Not to mention having someone get to go ahead of you because they complained about the wait. People do have jobs and these doctors should respect our time the way we are asked to respect theirs.”
