Having a desire to specialize in retinal disorders, Dr. Squillante obtained a fellowship in retinal diseases at the world-famous Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Thisretinal fellowship was completed under the auspices of Dr. Arnall Patz, a world-renowned leader in laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.
Upon returning to New York City, Dr. Squillante founded "Retinacare", a solo retina practice dedicated to providing quality, one-on-one care of retinal disorders. He now continues his work at Retina Associates of New York, by providing care dedicated to individual patient needs.
Dr. Squillante is a member of The American Society of Retina Specialists, The American College of Surgeons and The American Academy of Ophthalmology.
