Dr. Golen is a lifelong athlete, as well as a health and fitness fan. You will often hear him discussing lifestyle optimization with his patients, with the goal of improving overall health and wellbeing. He enjoys reading nonfiction books, weight training, sports of every variety, live music, and especially outdoor activities. His favorite activity is spending time with his wife and two children.

Todd Murdock, MD, is a friendly and skilled pediatric ophthalmologist on the team of dedicated doctors at Rocky Mountain Eye Center. He works with patients at the practice’s locations in Missoula, Butte, Helena and Hamilton, Montana - primarily seeing patients at the Missoula office.
Dr. Murdock graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He went to the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City for his medical degree, and stayed for an internship in internal medicine at the university’s Health Sciences Center. He finished his medical training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin, where he completed a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology. Dr. Murdock is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
In his practice, Dr. Murdock specializes in pediatric ophthalmology, double vision, and eye alignment problems, and maintains a special interest in strabismus and cataract implant surgery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Murdock enjoys fly-fishing, backpacking, and gardening.
